Beautiful stitch, wonderfully explained. I love the way you say "Pass the next 3stitches" and the delicate way you insert you needle under the slipped stitches, knit it and then pass it once more under the loops. As it is not a reversible stitch, could you please advise me as to what this knitting pattern is best suited for? Thank you. It's a joy listening to you.
Excellent video. I have a pattern that the you park has this design and was confusing until i have seen this video. Make sense now. Thank you so much ni will start knitting my jumper tonight
Lovely stitch, but I think there's an error in the written instructions for row 6. You write that the repeat begins with a K1 (*k1, pick-up &knit strands, k5,*); your video shows that you only do the K1 once, in this case the second stitch. Am I correct that the repeat should be *pick-up &knit strands, k5* ? Thank you
Thanks. This is by far the simplest knitted , diamond stitch tutorial.👍
That is the sweetest "and pass 3" I believe I have ever heard! Wish I could come and sit and knit with you. That made beautiful fabric!
Aweee. thank you
You have such a peaceful voice, and a very good teacher thank you!
Thank you so much for being such a good teacher! I love the way you explained this.
Best!!! I have been looking for this stitch two years 🙈😱💗

Hello Joanne. This diamond pattern, I like very much. I can see this as a mini cushion cover, to decorate the bed or window seating area?

Do we continue from the pattern from the base stitch or start from row 1 when continuing the peice?
Did you figure out how to do it?
Does anyone know where I can find this in the round? I can’t seem to find a single video showing me this in the round.
I'll make the time for a tutorial on it!
@@JoannesWeb THANK YOU SO MUCH❣️❣️❣️❣️
Can this be done in the round?
Yes but make odd number rows the opposite as what is written.
WHAT ABOUT CALLING IT KNITTING DIAMONDS OR PRETTY DIAMONDS
