    Just bought this and used it last week for £179 with 6 pads, it works a treat.

    I've seen a few comments below mentioning the SPTA polisher. I bought one a couple of years ago, basically it's a very similar looking Chinese made nano polisher. I got mine from Ali Express, cost less than £100 (from memory £85 sounds about right). 2 batteries, a rotary conversion with extension rods, 2 backing plates, and a bunch of different sized pads for each application. For what I use it for its perfect, it maybe gets used 2 or 3 times a year. I haven't used any of the accessories and I've stuck with the smallest backing plate and pads. It's cheap and it feels it, but for my use it's great. The in2detailing model looks like a much higher quality version of mine, hence the price. I'm guessing far better after sales too. In short, you completely get what you pay for.

    I got one the other day, it’s 179 and comes with all the stuff you mentioned. For the price, it’s very hard to find a nano with the same capability, all the people saying it’s expensive (it is in the grand scheme of things, but!!!!) it isn’t for what you get and compared to other nanos

      Did you buy it from in2detailing?
      Bought it this past weekend, came with 6 pads.. which are heavy and medium cut.
      Paid £179 for it, the quality seems ok but I'm debating returning it for the flex pxe80.

      @ yeah got it from them, was with me the next day, I’ve used it a few times in the smaller areas and for spot polishing stone chips. Very capable little machine, not sure if I’d pay that much more for the flex as this one does everything i need it to.

  • @Zoranurai13
    @Zoranurai13 5 місяців тому

    I have had the pxe80 for about a year or two now, the thing paid for itself in saved time and frustration saving flexibility.
    The quick connect system is worth its weight in gold, when i use it i switch out a lot of attachments per panel. The aps flexible shaft attachment is really useful and any size backing plate is just great.
    And i’m a weekend warrior, not a commercial detailer.

    Looks great for an enthusiast, I have a Das6 nano which looks to use the same batteries and a few other parts, and its just what I needed. The In2detailing looks to come with a few extras which make it slightly better. I use it a lot for A pillars and door shuts etc.

    You lost me 40 seconds into the video when 200 quid is something "affordable" as if it is a bargain 😅. Up to the next one. Keep up mate!

    • @SuperchargedLlama
      @SuperchargedLlama 5 місяців тому +3

      Relatively it is affordable. There's no cheap nano polishers that are any good and this half the price of the Flex. All of these nano polishers are properly Gucci bits of kit and a priced accordingly - I am always surprised how expensive the FLEX machines are tbh, i was interested in their rotary until I realised it was £500!

      @@SuperchargedLlama in 2detailing do the exact same polisher but wired and it's 99 quid for the complete kit with pads, 1, 2 and 3 inch plates, the lot. The only difference being it's wired as opposed to battery powered, THATS the affordable bargain if you ask me

    I have Imran's previous nano polisher. I like it but it has its minor faults but nothing major. I like this one and its compact size i may have to give it a try when it hits the market.

      yer I think it might have IP theft with the quick release system. If its not legal I tend to not go there mate. but im not 100% sure. If it does not breech design patents then I probably wuold.

      theres people here moaning in the comments about the price of this at 179 quid. imagine what they will say with the shinemate at 320 quid. To be fair at 320 quid its a no brainer buy the original PXE. shine mate is a good comparison though because its also a PXE style format as oppossed to the ibrid format.

      @@ForensicDetailingiv just bought one from Imran, I think for the money it's a nice piece of kit.. I'm debating sending it back for the pxe80 just because of the battery really.. takes too long to charge vs amount of time to drain and lack of battery power level indicator is annoying, didn't realise this until I ordered it.. ordered it first and then watched your review!

  • @Camrocok

    You can use a drill attachment or a multi tool. That might make sense for a pro like you but never for an amateur

    • @ForensicDetailing
      @ForensicDetailing  5 місяців тому +1

      I think drill or multi tool in the hands of an amateur is more dangerous mate. Really with a nano you dont try and bodge with an alternative, you simply skip it and just stick with one normal cheap DA. You buy a nano because you really get into your detailing and you want to be able to hit everything.

    £200 isn’t cheap, but about half the price of a Flex… it’s depends whether your a enthusiast at home or a Pro Detailer… they do a corded version for £99.. plus, they’re not even selling this yet John, it’s no where on In2detailing website… when will it be available?

    Myself i was looking at the Liquid Elements nano polishers but their larger polishers seem to underperform based off multiple people that have tried... nevertheless great video, good to see other options.

      I bet they are fine mate. All these machines are very similiar. You can buy any of them. Try them out and if not send them back with 14 days. If you tried a LE one you could do the same if you dont like it send it back try another one.

    Hi john, iv just purchased this modle from in2detailing this morning do you have any idea how hard wearing the plastic threads are on the backing plates? And if its worth upgrading to the APS backing plates with the metal threads? Also what the pads are like that come with the machine or if its worth getting some flex or rupes 1&2 inch pads, cheers

    • @ForensicDetailing
      @ForensicDetailing  4 місяці тому +1

      you should be fine with the plastic ones just dont over torque them. I would use up the pads that come with it. But replace with rupes or flex or better quality ones mate.

      its 179 mate. whatever that 99 quid spta one is its prolly more a ibrid format like the first in2d polisher. this is more of a pxe copy. put in nano polisher into google and select images.. then scroll and see how many you can see that look like this or look like the nano.
