Hurry Up, we're dreaming is by far the best album. Junk is great but Hurry Up still the best one.
His other albums are no doubt, better than Junk too. Saturday = Youth was amazing, and so is Dead Cities, Red Seas, and Lost Ghosts.
Junk was bad but Hurry Up were dreaming is one of my favourite albums

Mitchell Chapman he has been the sound of all of my artistic endeavors. i wrote a 60 page screenplay with m83. Anthony had always been there when nobody else was. for that I'm forever greatful. my dream is to collaborate with him

Why the needledrop gave "Hurry Up" such a low score still blows my mind...I think he is allergic to good music or something.
it´s one of the most wonderful music i have heard in ages, i can listen to it ten times on a row and many more, without getting tired of it, it gives me such feeling of relax inside me, it´s a very powerful music, keep up the good work guys, make it into a movie...
M83's music does something to me. I get this wonderful feeling. when I listen to music I imagine something like a movie in my head, so when I listen to music it is like watching a movie. I don't know why, but in these "movies" I always fly or move really fast :P I love M83!

i think that music reflects the "vibe" or frequency of its listeners. And i must say of all artist, while also being a black metal fan, I've never been moved or felt so in tune with any artist as i do with m83. i grew up with fantasy sci-fi, with anime like ghost in the shell and cowboy bebop, with carl sagan and a telescope. this music sends my mind on a journey that i havent experienced since my childhood.
It's hard to realize this man finds it hard to realize what his music has achieved, helping at least me, surely thousands others.

Im 13, i go to school with literally all of m83 CD covers in my binder. People just look at my binder and goo "oh i heard of m83 theyve done stuff for chronicles and warm bodies. there song midnight town is amazing" im just like um no. M83 has litterally changed my life and made me more calmer and basically helped me with my anger issues. M83 might not be justin bieber or one direction, but they will always be that big in my heart mind and soul.

In a weird way I'm thankful for the Victoria Secret commercial last year that introduced me to this phenomenal band. I've literally probably listened to them every day since and continue to love everything Anthony has produced, past and present. Saw them live back in October and hands down the greatest live performance I have seen and something I will never forget.
Thank you M83 and you have a die hard fan here now!

I feel the same. M83’s music has such a deeply moving feel to it that brings out really interesting emotions. Meanwhile, if we take a look at the most popular music right now, it’s nothing but shallow morally corrupt shit that reflects the narcissism so prevalent in the world today.

Some very powerful music. I just finished watching Oblivion, the Sci fi movie with Tom Cruise and Olga Kurylenko. M83's music really added to the emotional impact throughout the film. The movie may have been a theatrical dud according to most critics and many hardcore fans of Sci fi (I'm less jaded and thus enjoyed the escapism) but it was made much better with M83's sound track.

Yea, same. When I realized that m83 was getting more mainstream after this last album I wont lie, I immediately started to get upset.
Then I realized that kind of logic is exactly against the harmony and world peace that m83 portrays.

m83 existed LONG before mgmt and passion pit and the reason you havent heard much since midnight city is because that was a song on their most previously released album. passion pit isnt even close to being as talented or creative as m83, and never will be.

love them even more. Each album they produce is always better than the last but the best thing about them is that they get even more unique with every new song

I don't very often say things on places like this B U T. M83 A a superior band the way the music makes you feel is just so wonderful ,it's hard to say in words how exciting ,excellent ,wonderful , sad ,uplifted ,makes you think and the vidz are up there to just wonderful ,stunning cinematography ,I'm sure m83 know there music is in a class of it's own it's stunningly interlectualy beautiful music and again vids are the same ,if I have to wait six months or six years for the next bands release I will just buy it because it has m83 on the cover/sleeve I won't need to hear it because whatever it is it will be another stunning album/single ,just unbelievably stunning music ,that transports you to another level of different worlds ,just put it on and let it take you to a wonderful world where nothing matters , unbelievable music geniuses at work ,can't wait for your next project ,I look forward to listening to your next masterpiece M83 Xx.

M83 has the best music and the best music videos. I love the influence of cinema; it really shows. Directing is such an underappreciated art by the public and music can truly elevate film to the highest levels. I also love the fan inclusivity; it doesn't feel like pandering, but allowing some input to the art.
