Baked Lotus Biscoff Donuts
makes 6 (7(d)X 2.5(h) cm))
52g eggs, room temperature
36g white sugar
pinch of salt
14g Lotus Biscoff Spread
56g unsalted butter
12g milk
1/2tsp vanilla extract
38g cake flour
10g almond flour
24g Lotus Biscoff
2g baking powder
optional-Butter (for buttering the donut tins)
Glaze
60g Lotus Biscoff Spread
Lotus Biscoff Biscuits
1. Egg - Mix sugar and salt.
2. Add melted butter, milk,spread and vanilla extract and mix.
3. Add powdered ingredients and mix.
4. Panning
5. Bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
*Glazed donuts are recommended to be consumed on the same day.

로투스 스프레드 중탕해서 묻혀서 코팅하면 나중에 굳나요??
코팅초콜렛처럼 완벽히 굳진 않아요.
