The plot is too small for that price and the houses are overlooked on each side in the back yard.
Place is super nice! Love the architecture, the styling, the staircase. All spectacularly great. BUT 8:42 "you have the utmost privacy"...... sandwiched in between two other houses. Its so crazy that people actually pay 8+ million for track housing neighborhoods. Much happier with a 2million dollar house nestled in the middle of a 18 acres of chandler walnuts, that's luxury privacy.

At least the fence keeps out the gators but not the snakes ! Fresh water canal is where the mosquitoes roam with the no see ums !
If there was no market for these houses stacked up on top of each other like this, developers wouldn't build them. A lot of people don't care about having lots of acreage.

Nice big house on top of other big houses. It's way out west, way west. It's closer to Del Ray than Boca. I'd rather put $8M in Del Ray east of 95.

It was meant to be like this. I always knew they were compatible and meant to he an item, have babies. His ex and and him were not compatible. He seemed not to be as interested and happy with her as he is with Ashanti. I'm very happy for the couple.
