I noticed one of the windows needs to be replaced, the seals are gone, condensation inside. So a good warranty is important. Make sure you have the home, pressure tested for air leaks. You will go broke if large amounts of air are leaking out when the AC runs, wich is most of the time in Florida. Last thing,, bring in an expert to check out air flow. It's very common with these homes to have bad air flow,, dead spots, to cold on one side of the house, a bedroom at the far side not getting enough AC, to hot on another part. Also make sure you get paperwork on EVERY light, faucet, appliance, etc with stock numbers and warranty paperwork,, Nothing like having a $2000 light die and you have no idea what it is or what type of light bulb it takes.

Funny how everyone is praising this home when the facade has a design flaw.. notice the unnecessary third garage. It should have been a guest bedroom or an office space with huge windows. The rest of the house is good though..
