My Bryan Iguchi Pro Camber arrived last week and I've rode it on a double\triple black diamond hill and on a intermediate hill. It handled REALLY well with the edge technology. I wouldn't say it's got a lot of pop. My Burton Air 161 had more pop. But, I really like the board and am glad I bought it. It does feel more stable to me when carving and straight runs. One thing I don't like about it is it did not have one piece of steel edge strips with one join point. It had two steel edge strips with edge wrapping join points. That was shocking to me. It's like when the made it the guy edge wrapping it ran out of a single piece of edge wrapping and decided to not waste material and used two left over strips of edge wrapping. Thanks bro for Frankensteining my board. I would go so far as to say my Burton Air 161 is a more well-constructed board.
Guch owner. Love it for all of the described reasons in the video. I've been riding it a lot through some deep days recently and I do feel like it doesn't ride as well as I would have thought in powder. Even with the bindings set back, you have to work more than what I would have thought (more than what I would have thought Guch would have designed it for), to get her to floating nicely. Once you're leaning back and floating with some speed in pow, I swear the board will lock in on a turn and just catch & lock on its side and you'll get caught up and buried and fall. Is that a side cut thing? I feel like this thing needs a little more taper to help with pow float and maybe to help with that issue of just getting locked in on a turn in deep snow (if it's not a sidecut radius thing)
Coda if you're more resort riding with buttering and park thrown in. Guch if you're going to charge a bit more, ride more pow, and want something that's a bit burlier.
What do you like better the Travis Rice Travis Rice HP 2018 Lib tech or the Bryan Lguchi Pro Camber? Also, I heard the Bryan L was really catchy even with the rise finders.
Angry Snowboarder why even reply? If I wasn’t specific enough my apologies but what’s the need to be a dick? Thinking about buying one of them and thought you may have an opinion.
Thanks for the review! Question: How does it compare to a jones flagship (2019). I`m looking for something with a bit more camber but still nimble in trees and good float in powder.
I'm currently riding a 154 Yes Greats.... Looking at the Iguchi pro for riding the mountains in BC for next year, I'm size 7 boots 140 lbs, would the 156 be too much board for me? dose the board have smaller sizes?
My riding style is free ride all day. Steep terrain and charging hard. Want something that can handle well in hard pack as well because I ride on the “ice coast” sometimes. I’m debating between this, the Jones Flagship and the TRice Orca. Which would you recommend for my riding style?
Hi. I have taken your advice regarding pow ride, so the twinpig stays for butters and park laps. One of my quiestion is for carving jumping and pow riding this Iguchi Pro Camber or the Jones Explorer would be better? Around where I live thers a lot of icy runs but sometimes i get to experience powder. My weight is around 72-73 kg (155 lbs) , height is 174 cm (according to google thats 5.7 feet [5 feet 8½ inches]) with a size 42 EU boot (size 9 US) What size could fit for the intended purpoeses? PS: i have the the Ride Berzerker (2017 model) 160W, for deep pow that fits well if there isnt any tree (slow turner) in my expereince
How does this compare to the Yes PYL? I’m looking for something that’s super great in uneven terrain and also really fun on deeper days. Can’t decide between the 2...
Spencer Ott I’ve just picked up the arbour so can’t compare yet but the PYL is a great board. I found the tapered underbite helped in the pow and the slight traction helped grip on the piste. Good luck with your choice!
Joe Petch thanks for the info! I figured both are great so I couldn’t go wrong. My arbor order just arrived today. It was a bit cheaper and seems a bit less surfy, so I went with that one! Have fun on Arbor board as well!
What do you recommend this or the lib tech trs hp ? Intermediate rider / all mountain some jumps nothing crazy mostly charging on east coast hard pack.
The 19/20 Iguchi ROCKER is where it's at. CARVES on the peace thanks to the added heel toe edges but it's floaty in pow and the stiffness makes it feel like a full traditional camber. The Igichi CAMBER is overrated for 'all mountain' unless you spend most of your time on peace groomers.
Just bought one and this thing is fast and durable. Love it
How is the edge stability when aggressively carving?

Just found one laying around in a snowboard shop and copped. Glad I found this video

Debating between the coda camber and iguchi camber both 163mw. Which of the 2 do you recommend and why? Thanks Angry, love you guys.

What version of the T.Rice HP is the question, blunt shape or stabby tip. They each ride different.
Would this be a good upgrade from a 2012 Lib Tech Skunk Ape?
Sure.
This board vs capita Mercury? What are your thoughts
That they're snowboards.

This is probably going to be the closest review to that board. www.angrysnowboarder.com/the-2020-jones-flagship-snowboard-review/

I think for what you're looking for it would work.
Sounds like you’d def pick this one over the Burton Flight Attendant in the category of ‘floaty tip all mountain boards’?
I'd pick a sheet of particle board over the Flight Attendant.
Angry Snowboarder Ha! Thanks!

Flagship or this not the Orca.
@@AngrySnowboarder Awesome! Thank you.
@@AngrySnowboarder Which would you say is better in powder between the Flagship and the Iguchi?
Probably the Iguchi by a hair.
@@AngrySnowboarder Thanks so much. You guys are awesome.

Get the Iguchi Camber. Something in the mid 150's.
@@AngrySnowboarder Thank you :)
Is the Iguchi pro camber nimble and maneuverable in the trees? Thanks.
Yes actually.
Really love your videos Homie! The way you keep it real and give great advice,. Hope your channel explodes! Get a patreon, it’ll help your channel

What about the Capita Kazu Kokubo pro ? Compare to the Bryan Iguchi pro?
Cheers
Pretty sure the Kazu is going to be stiffer.
Thanks!
Would a 162 be wide enough for size 12 boots?
Eh it's close, get the 63mw.
How would you compare this board to the Bataleon Magic Carpet?
Stiffer and more freeride oriented.

This.
Angry Snowboarder thanks man , any explanation as to why ? I appreciate it going to be picking one up very soon. 5’9 195lbs thinking 159 or 157.
59. Because you gave me the information I needed to tell you what to buy.
