- Smile Therapy is a body-oriented therapy, which relieves stress and is also a workout.
Tickling relieves stress, emotions are released with laughter and twitching, the brain releases endorphins that cause euphoria and pleasure.
It eases muscle tension, especially in intercostal muscles. Breathing then becomes deeper which sends oxygen enriched and nutrients throughout the body.
Finally, laughter can be a great workout for your diaphragm, abdominal, respiratory, facial, leg, and back muscles.

One concern,is it expensive?If so,maybe I'll stick to watching these videos.
In Moscow, it's for female persons only, at any rate. But I think their colleagues in Poland do male persons, too. I dunno how expensive it is, though.

Смайлтерапия является не лечебной, а оздоровительной процедурой. Щекотка не лечит от болезней, но она безусловно положительно воздействует на организм и эмоциональное состояние, так же как это делает оздоровительный массаж
