Great interview, Chris with James Patterson. 👏👏👏 I admired that he went with his heart to become a writer/author. His future book on teachers would be interesting. I have taught for 27 years (k-3). A lot of us are not valued as we were years ago.

I'm a fan of your interviews. Period. And this one was especially fascinating! Please keep doing what you do, Chris. There are many of us who truly appreciate in-depth conversations that ALLOW topics and opinions that don't adhere to limitations set by more...extreme points of view. And I have to mention that what James Patterson said near the end of of your conversation gave me hope: "If we're going to save this world, it's going to be [through] collaboration." I wholeheartedly agree!

Excellent. Chris, your point on training cops in advanced physical intervention technique first implemented with least restrictive alternatives, rather then with weapons is right on.

What a human & fascinating conversation
Chris you said it right, Paterson doesn’t let his writing into conflicting circumstances
    P. Is aware of everything & knowledgeable in every subjects just like you & us. He just chose not never go down that road. And we all know that it doesn’t make him less interesting.
His brain seems to never lack of material.
He must be very curious which gives his imagination even more creative substances.
Personage passionnant. Thank you Chris for giving us that rare time, without politics or conflicts. 🇫🇷🇺🇸

Excellent podcast, Chris. I would love to talk to James Patterson about my experience as a teacher. Not only do I teach a different subject than most other teachers, but I teach differently than most other teachers. As a result, I'm not always valued or understood.

Being an artist is a blessing and a curse. We are often drawn to our craft and must pursue it whether it becomes successful or not. It’s like breathing. Viola Davis (“The Help”)told herself she shouldn’t act and to just become a teacher so she could have a steady paycheck, but she became very depressed after that and realized she had to pursue acting. Thank goodness she did. This was a cool interview Chris. 😂and I feel bad. All I know about James Patterson is that people keep making bad video games out of his books.
    NO WAIT. . . .that’s Tom Clancy.😂

Chris doesn’t want to talk about books. He just wants male role models to relate to. 😊Hey there’s nothing wrong with wanting a friend. 👍🏾

The biggest problem with Cops is the same as with politicians. Corruption.
A good Cop is a wonderful thing, but a Cop that hurrasses senior citizens so they will move so they can continue to keep selling the same house in my opinion isn't a Cop
    He's a Thug with a badge.
This is what we have in the town I live in.
The Chife of police after me telling him I was going to the FBI if the hurrassment didn't stop had enough nerve to ask me if I was going to sell my house then.
    He got the middle finger!
The fact that not only does this happen in this town but it's been going on for 50 years and their proud of it!
This is how it really is. Stand up or be run over! Im a Buddhist I'm non violent, yet I keep getting pushed, and these unuseful
idiots think they are going to get a rise out of me. I smell a law suit coming!

In central Illinois All the vote for signs except one everywhere I went were Trump!
It looked like a Trump landslide here. I'm not for either side!
If it was up to me the Dali Lama would be president.

Signs aren’t votes, nor do they prove anything. There are people where I live that litter entire blocks with signs for candidates. They are supposed to space them out, but they don’t because they’re too lazy.
