What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and it is a term that categorises the pleasant (non-sexual) feeling of 'goosebumps' or 'chills' that some can feel when they are being triggered by an external stimuli such as whispering, personal attention or certain sounds.

I love how intentional you are in your speech and movements. It never feels like you’re rambling or talking simply for the sake of talking, because that can stress me out, and the fact that each and every sentence and action is so intentional makes it so relaxing.

You were the first ASMR, I ever experienced, and to be honest no ones voice is as relaxing. Period. Thank you for doing this, helps me many nights to fall asleep relaxes

Whilst I really appreciate your soothing voice and the production of this role-play, I want to say that BMI is not an effective measure of health (with regards to weight) as compared to, say, body fat percentage. This is because somebody could measure as being ‘obese’ on a BMI scale but the majority of their weight be muscle mass, for example.

@@Georgeg15 1 pound of fat and 1 pound of muscle weigh exactly the same bu yes the muscle takes up less space.

Wonderful Charlette! I thought the previous ones couldn’t be topped but this is just next level! this was the first time I ever experienced tingles in a video! It was so weird, I previously just used asmr to relax but maybe now I am capable of feeling the tingles!

The only thing I can point out is that bmi isn't used anymore because it's found to be inacurate... If you want to point someone to healthier diet you could probably talk about blood pressure and signs of stuff like that. Other then bmi.
