Well processing of visas for those inside UK normally takes longer than that is taken for those outside. PSW processing is not complex and you will get the visas soon

Hi. Well you need to ask university if they can give you further extension to join but later. Otherwise ask them for deferred your case for next semester. I recommend doing a paid inquiry now as well

Hi. Well the application does take it due course of time of around 3 weeks. If you need a passport before the decision, u have to withdraw, which I won’t recommend. Have faith, you will get it soon.

Is the visa fee and IHS fee refundable if any one wants to withdraw the visa application due to visa delay or entry deadline approaching? My registration last date is 16th February but UKVI sent me the interview mail on 15th February .So it's not good because the university has already extended me from 2nd February to 16th February. If visa is rejected, then IHS fee can be refunded. I am afraid the case of money refund for visa, IHS and university fees will be in your favour if you withdraw your visa case. So decide wisely. Better is to take deferment till next semester.

I have applied for masters in the UK and chose standard service. My biometric was on 28 dec . After 2 times paid enquiry they asked for the embassy interview which was on 19th February and they gave me a positive response and after 10 minutes of interview I received an email about the origin of funds which I sent them yesterday as per their guidelines. Aoa. Sir i gave the bio on 8th jan on priority basis, and got NSF on 8th as well. Today, 26th jan, i did the paid inquiry and this is what they replied: With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision. If a decision is not made by today, then we will escalate your case on the 29th as then your application will be out of the service level agreement so please wait till Monday and keep checking your email for any correspondence from the Home Office including your spam folder. After an hour, they rescheduled it to 5th feb.
replied them with a request to prepone it as my classes commenced since 15th jan. Let’s see what they say.
Can you please share if you’ve seen such a case before? If so, what happened there and how much time did it take? What was the reason?
Well you are unfortunate here as this does not happen with many. But I really feel that you will get your interview and then visa soon. Have you applied for research based masters study?

My brother in law and sister just got their UK work sponsorship this month. They live and work in Oxford. Declared it in the family section of my visa application.

Hi. Well the application does take it due course of time of around 3 weeks.
If you need a passport before the decision, u have to withdraw, which I won’t recommend. Have faith, you will get it soon.

Like how I stated earlier that I have applied for sep 2024 intake for my second masters in the same university where i did my first masters I have gained offer letter too after submitting the docs like Justification statement and immigration history.

Is the visa fee and IHS fee refundable if any one wants to withdraw the visa application due to visa delay or entry deadline approaching?
My registration last date is 16th February but UKVI sent me the interview mail on 15th February .So it's not good because the university has already extended me from 2nd February to 16th February.

If visa is rejected, then IHS fee can be refunded. I am afraid the case of money refund for visa, IHS and university fees will be in your favour if you withdraw your visa case. So decide wisely. Better is to take deferment till next semester.

Nowadays all work visa processing is delayed due to reforms. But they will be processed very soon. Don’t worry.

Paid 1050 pound, in new cos job start date is February 1.i contacted them through phone and mail.but they don't know anything. Atleast they can provide some tracking system

I have applied for masters in the UK and chose standard service. My biometric was on 28 dec . After 2 times paid enquiry they asked for the embassy interview which was on 19th February and they gave me a positive response and after 10 minutes of interview I received an email about the origin of funds which I sent them yesterday as per their guidelines.
So how much time will they take for my visa ????

You need to ask your university about this and share the latest update for requesting a further extension.

Aoa. Sir i gave the bio on 8th jan on priority basis, and got NSF on 8th as well. Today, 26th jan, i did the paid inquiry and this is what they replied:
With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision.
If a decision is not made by today, then we will escalate your case on the 29th as then your application will be out of the service level agreement so please wait till Monday and keep checking your email for any correspondence from the Home Office including your spam folder.

I would say don’t worry. It will be alright. Just be prepared to book your tickets as soon as your visa arrives.
