Is the schools good in this area, I have two kids who go to school. I am want good ratings school for them.
Is the land behind/next to Edgemont conservation land or could be possibly developed in future years?
I’m being told it’s conservation behind it by the lake. Next to depends on where you are asking. Currently to one side is the Palms at Serenoa which is a fully built out community. Where are you watching from? 😀

DR Horton homes are cheaply made and the quality is horrible. I lived in one of their homes, never again !
