Terrific job. In 2016 we built a David Weekly Seaside model at 688 Lake Brim. House photos still on Zillow. Love the home and finishes. Tupperware used our home for their video and brochure ad. Unbelievable how prices increased. Your video brought back memories of this beautiful community and Winter Garden. We missed family and friends and returned to NJ in 2019. Weekly builds a good product and backs it with a full year at no cost for repairs. When we sold the house the inspector discovered that there was no insulation above the master's bedroom. Funny, wife complained that the room never truly cooling. Weekly fixed without any issue. Good luck and best wishes.

The 1500 sq ft is no more than $230,000 no updates if they ask for more than that they are charging you for the location is a cheap construction I am scared to get home from KB Homes in the ranking 2024 of the top 20 builders, KB is in the place 20th, I am looking for a new home near Orlando and I am ready but many problems with the builders really I scared to move on

As an Orlando local we don’t need any more UA-cam channels talking about Florida, much less Orlando. Our housing market is horrible. Prices have gone up by over 40%. Please stop.

DR Horton homes are cheaply made and the quality is horrible. I lived in one of their homes, never again !
