This is the first version I hear that includes the breating between lines. This song is really difficult for breath during because of how close-together everything is. Normally the breaths are removed and that gives the song a surreal stream-of-conciousness vibe which makes sense because its about going mad and internal conflict. Including the gasps between / during lines does give it a more frantic feel, though, almost like the singer is drowning.
