You could mix the biscuit crumbs with melted unsalted butter and fill with them a base of a cake tin or glasses or jars. Pour in the pudding, let it set in the fridge and top with strawberry sauce.
+M'Ohd Mishaal Hi. I don't make my own pudding. This is a shop bought vanilla flavoured powder mixed with milk thickened by constant stirring over medium heat.
You can try. It won't have the same texture though. The biscuits should go soft with the pudding mix. If you put butter&icing sugar instead, it will go hard in the fridge and might not have the same effect.

I think any biscuits will work well here. But these are just plain butter biscuits. Ask in a supermarket for butter biscuits and they will definitely know :).
