Fun to watch. I got my son the cat 9 but he still prefers his cat 7. Would be cool if yall did cat 7 vs 8 vs 9 vs X alloy. Might go to composite for him next season. Looks like it does make a little bit of difference even at a young age.

Another great video. Keep up the good work. Request: review of the Rawlings 5150 usssa drop 10. My 8 year old is using it this year with great results, he is hitting as good if not better than kids with $350+ bats. I have seen some reviews claiming it is getting better exit Velos than the Zoa. Would love to see the 5150 campared to the cat x alloy and Zoa. 5150 may be the best bang for the buck out there. Thank you

Cat bats aren’t broken in. End of story
I'm sure everything will get stronger but the Cat bats are two months older. We will probably do a follow up and have more hits for the composites in the future as well as we're trying to find last year's Cat 9. Wondering if the cat 9 is a hotter bat than the X. Also comparisons will make certain bats hotter than others based on length and drop per age group. We really appreciate your comment and we'll try to see if we can get some stronger hits out of the catx.

Alloy bats don’t need breaking in and composite bats anymore don’t really need breaking in. That crap is a myth.

I'm thinking of all alloy 28 drop 10 for my 9 yr old. You recommend? Last year he used a rawlings 5150 alloy not bad at all
If you can get it for a good price I would say it is a nice bat and a good choice. Marucci has an excellent product.
