Urban Backyard Transformation: Setting Elevations with Smart Level

This urban backyard will house a pool, outdoor kitchen, fire features, water feature, artificial grass and a seating area with a shade structure. As with any projects, first thing is getting the elevation. With the help from our friends @SmartLevelLLC we were able to accurately measure each focal point with precision paired via bluetooth all from the operator's cab of the CAT 302.7 mini excavator! This tool allowed us to be efficient and not be shouting at each other when the elevation was off!
Another thing we came across, was construction debris around the house which is not surprising but we had to address it. Once the utility lines were tested by a technician, the trench was filled with lime and 3/4" clean stone as we were dealing with a clay soil. Using the BT1000, the smallest reversible jumping jack with wheel kit from our friends @bartellglobal compaction was easy and efficient.
