Coven 6669 is a thrash metal band from Seattle, Washington. They formed under the name Coven in 1985, but added the 6669 after they had a long hiatus. They added the 6669, because of a legal dispute and to avoid confusion with the psychedelic rock band Coven from Chicago. They released two demos and three full-length albums. Members of Coven 6669 in 1993 were guest musicians on El Duce's Slave to Thy Master album.

Man I am jealous of you northwest guys.I did grow up in bay area and was spoiled by the bands there but there is something about this genre that gets me ..I do remember a band called Assault and Battery from that area my friend was close to..Long live 80'-90:s metal.I don't care what any one says.
Heard this guys on KISW's Metal Shop. Called in and got the last copy of this album on caseset. Played the hell out of it. Still have it. Good times
