Out of the 3 pals that apply fire damage, I do feel like wixen is underrated but people fail to see the damage potential it can provide in a fight. Sure it doesn't provide dodge mechanics like pyrin or flight like ragnahawk, but where wixen shines is having that extra pal dealing damage aside from you, which the other pals cannot do since you are mounted on them. if you don't like stacking pals for damage and love switching pals around, wixen is the better option out of all the fire pals imo. Just grab a galeclaw in your team, your problems dodging skills will be solved. then you can always deal double damage with ivy cling procs without having to stop to cast if you were to go with the mounted pals.
Wixen's best comparison is probably to Chillet and Univolt as they are all available to build a comp around at the same level. As far as my evaluation, its surprisingly even. Chillet/Uni have the advantage of being rideable, however with Fire damage and the ability to force fire weakness with Seed Mine it makes up for only being able to stack 3 booster pals. seed mine is only a level 15 fruit so it can spawn on the first skill trees encountered so it should be available pretty early to most players. Once you hit level 30 and get access to Pyrin, its no longer a contest as Pyrin has all the advantages as well as much better utility in movement speed. However until then building your comp around a Wixen is a really solid strategy. It may never be the pal to "Max out" however as by the time you manage to hatch 100 of them your going to be level 30+.
I used Wixen before extensively as I was farming Verdash for the golden single shot rifle. I would command Wixen to stop attacking once my enemy is about 1/4 health just to keep the buff she possess.

@@FanaticPope But you video is titled "is wixen worth maxing out". The simple answer is NO. Same for most of the pals after you get to level 50. Love the content but now you done all the GOOD pals, its just checking viability for mid game. maybe now take a pal and see at what level it becomes bad and a better pal can be found.
