Honestly Pale sounds like something you'd describe the End with so it could be a forest biome in the End similar to the Warped and Crimson forests. But maybe I'm just being hopeful that it's gonna be an End update.
"The creaking" makes me think of trees so I'm leaning towards it *not* being a cave biome thing, but it can honestly be anywhere from surface of the overworld to the end. "The pale garden" sounds awesome tho, so I hope that wherever it may be and whatever it may bring it'll be revealed to us sooner rather than later
Tbf, underground light deprived Biome that is still lighter than other caves would be really cool. Maybe it comes with some kind of pale moss variant and some cool cave trees. (I would however much prefer this to be an end biome)

The Pale Garden is obviously gonna be some kind of white biome, which sounds pretty sick, we don’t really have a whole lot of fictional biomes in the overworld, so adding a new one is always welcome. What I’m wandering is the potential for any new structures, specifically a new village type. I think it might be possible with the villager rebalances coming soon, they might want to add something to make it more welcoming. A new village type would be perfect for that. Another potential structure could be something that connects with the portal frame in Ancient Cities, like you said it’s possible they could be opposites, meaning you’d need to find both in order to activate the portal. Although if this does happen this hypothetical structure would not be in this update. It would definitely be later since they said they’d be doing 2 smaller updates per year instead of 1 big one.
The portal seems like a cool idea! like getting something from the deep dark then getting something from the pale gardens, and combining them to activate the portal!
Idk if the overworld really benifits from fictional biomes. It’s supposed to be the “normal” world, with natural terrain and biomes. I’m sure one biome wouldn’t hurt though
Pale garden makes me think of some manmade garden on the surface with almost an steampunky look with run-down greenhouses. I imagine the creaker could be a mechanical robot that protects the gardens from all who damage it, including you.

Not just that its like this, it would make no sense for them to have yet another new biome underground cause we just got the deep dark not that long ago, it has to be the end, we are long overdue for the end to have something new, if this is there way of refreshing the end islands as well then that would make exploring the end more interesting finally
Maybe it could stalk you from far away but what would give it away would be a creaking noise. Lmao imagine kids from the heroine era finding this in the game
this reminds me of when connoreatspants got invited to minecraft live in 2020 through an email, he declined, talked about what the email entailed on stream, leaking caves and cliffs
I feel like maybe it’ll be like another flower biome but with special plants or a structure kinda how some trees are specific to thier environment or how a dessert temple is only found in desserts. The creaking would likely be the opposite of the warden, where it can see, but it cannot hear or smell, kind of like the dynamic between the eyeless dogs and the forest giants in Lethal Company. This could also mean a rework of mob UI where hostile mobs only see you if you're in their direct line of sight instead of just a radius. Back to the theory, the warden can dig into the floor to despawn, so why not the creaking? Both mobs from the same realm developed in equally horrifying ways that do the opposite things due to their biomes (which both consist of invasive soul stealing bacteria) evolving into entirely different scenarios. The perfect contrast to make up Caves and Cliffs part 6 (1.17: Caves, 1.18: Cliffs, 1.19: Deep Dark [cave], 1.20: Cherry blossom [cliff], 1.21: trial chamber [cave], and now 1.22 with the anti-deep-dark [shallow light?] they're seriously stalling that End update for the 20th anniversary)
The Pale Garden sounds like something on the ground or in the sky. Just as you say, it might be like white and the opposite of the deep dark. Maybe it will have the floatato cloud blocks of the potato april fools that lets you move stuff around like an engine. The Creaker on the other hand lets me think of wood creaking when you step on it.. Or some kind of frog type monster. Although there isnt much to be based on it. Here before this video gets removed.
The pale garden would sound good in a snowy biome, somewere isolated were players don't normaly go. I also feel that its going to add one or more glowing plants, as well as some other normal plants of a pail color. It would also be perfect in a snowy place because the stray lives in colder areas making it a scary challange if you get hit with a slowness arrow and the creaking is following you. It would also give more use to a biome that dosen't have to much going on in it. As for the creaking it either sounds wood like or man made like joints and gears grinding together with years of rust, almost like a protector that has gone mad over years of decaying in isolation
I think it'll be more of a foresty biome with lots of flowers and clearings, but everything will be desaturated when placed in said biome, with the Creaking looking more like a colorless version of the Level 0 Backrooms monster, with the ability to camouflage itself when looked at, or it must stop moving when looked at, like a weeping angel
Pale Garden kind of makes me think like maybe a snowy variant of the Cherry Tree biome, with maybe like some structure (with wooden floors obviously) that has The Creaking
How the mob vote should have been: have 3 random mobs that are not tied to a biome or update, 1 mob wins, devs make a biome or structure based on the mob. Though getting rid of the mob vote was a good thing.
A tree that grows from the ground after walking on a hidden pressure plate/breaking/placing a certain block that creaks quietly until it finds you, similar to the Warden
I feel like the pale garden would be a ghostly, eery above ground territory, pale logs, dead leafs on the ground, none left on the trees, and most importantly, a spirit of the undead, the creaker, always out of site to any player, but never out of earshot, as it walks you hear the leafs under you crack and floorboards of the abandoned structures creak, it will follow you, stalk you. Even if you leave the biome you wont find sanctuary from it, it will always be those few steps back, until after a few minecraft days you see it, Just a glimpse, as it hides behind a corner its pale transparent body darting out of site, pretending it wasnt there, but none the less it was there, your warning has come, when you go close to check it out, bring your sword and watch your back... Or maybe it could have a weeping angel esc attack pattern, fast as hell, but once your looking at it, it wont move
pale garden honestly sounds like sum that could appear in the end, The creaker also sounds like it would be some type of spirit mob which could fit the theme?
My first theory is that seeing how they said the pale garden like plants and stuff and then the mob called the creaking and what creaks trees so my bet is that tis may be a ambient / ambiance update My second theory is that it could be is something spooky think about it pale garden ,THE CREAKING sounds spooky and you know what month is coming up OCTOBER aka SPOOKY MONTH
I have my mind thinking that it may be kind of like a blip biome - a biome that's completely isolated, like most mooshroom biomes - or maybe an alternate extra dimension (latter theory far-fetched, I know, but still fun to think about) As for the creaking... my mind is instantly drawn to the image of an Ent from LOTR (basically walking tree people to serve as guardians of the forbidden forest). My thought about the creaking is that mayhaps they only watch you, follow you and/or stalk you when you wander deep enough into the Pale Garden (their forbidden forest) and only engage the player if they break a log, or break some leaves off the trees, or dig into the ground, remove grass blocks, go mining or alter (their) sacred grounds in any way; Maybe even to the point of building any structures
That would be good, but I don’t think they’ll add another dimension until at least after the end update. Besides, you would have thought the name would be more thematic if that were the case.
@@RoxlnnBR I believe this to be true, though unfortunately they’re going to take an unholy amount of time to even get to the end even if it’s the most requested update ever
You know, maybe Minecraft with get “seasonal” themed updates now, with a spookier/snow related update in the later months, and other drops relating to the season.
The Garden: A forest type with flowers, ghostly wood, gravestones and maybe some kind of item Creaking: A passive humanoid mob that becomes aggressive when you're looking away
The Creaking as such potential to be something truly scary or at least unique. I love the idea of a slowly approaching ambush enemy, hiding behind trees, gradually getting closer. But idk if that's Minecraft's style, still a tree mimic would be cool, or an uncanny valley environment where it seems lovely on the surface just a touch off with a nasty surprise waiting
I think the Pale Garden biome will likely be a spooky landscape filled with bare trees that have lost their leaves due to cold weather. These trees could be tall, as taller trees tend to creak more than shorter ones. I also believe there will be more flowers since it’s called a garden, and they could add the snowlogging feature to cover the flowers. The mob named Creaker might imitate the creaking sound of the trees.
I remember the time when I skipped school just to watch the Minecraft live 2020 and watching it was one of the greatest memory I have. I hope I can relive this moment again. please mojang I beg you.
Same, got so hyped when caves and cliffs got announced, had no expectations of it, however it will probably never happen again as it took them 3+ years
I reckon the creaking could be like wood, or a tree mimic - maybe it could be like a creeper, but instead of exploding, it shoots out a bunch of sharp twigs and wood needles to shoot out and hurt the player. It may not die after this but basically becomes passive until it’s killed or regens its spikes. Maybe if you kill it you could get some of those spikes and use them as projectiles as opposed to arrows
It could be the the End alternative of the deep dark P.S I work at mojang and since it has been leaked it shall now never be in minecraft. ENJOY your useless bundles now with colours
IDEAS: The Pale Garden may be about blending in, like having certain effects that make you smell like the biome usually does, or maybe wearing special gear that makes you blend in. The Creaking could be a mob which only attacks you when you aren't blending in, (plus maybe a few pale variants of existing mobs) and will 100% either be the most stickbug-esque mob in the game, or follow a path like the Warden or Iron Golem. Or, it could look like a player and that would be TERRIFYING. I would 100% love that.
I imagine that the Pale Garden is some foggy half-forested area that The Creaking roams around. I feel like it’d have little bits of ruins from stuff that used to be there, and it’d just be entirely overran with pale-colored flowers, plants, etc. It’d be quiet and you’d have to listen very closely for The Creaking, which would actually make sense if it was supposed to parallel The Warden since the warden listens out for YOU.
I think the pale garden would be like some biomes from the Twighlight forest, with stuff like hedge mazes (also from the twighlight forest) and and flowers and bees. The creaker would be something that sticks its beak out (like a woodpecker) and jabs at you.
i think maybe it could be that white jellyfish-type cave biome they showed concept art for a while back. it was one of the original concepts for the deep dark, but it looks pretty cool so heres to hoping
This isn't so much speculation as it is hope, but I think the pale garden will be an open floral area with washed-out colors and a somewhat eerie vibe, since the creaking sounds like a cryptid-type mob.
I'm personally imagining the Pale Garden as some large, open area in the overground, looking very much like the opposite of the deep dark. I imagine it as a huge area thats impossible to accidentally stumble into, that is only dangerous as you delve far into it.
Something that would be cool is a monster like the Hide Behind from Gravity Fall where it hides from u, but isn’t hostile. It just adds some flavor to the game
I wonder if they are adding up slowly to make a whole new section of like mystical creatures look at what we got, breeze, anything in the trial spawners, sniffer, and now the creeking, I wonder if this is based off of folk tales?
I can see the creaker being a large mob that has small legs and long arms that it uses to walk, slowly moving around the biome only making creaking noises and heavy footsteps.
Honestly it would be pretty scary if it was above ground, because imagine you're walking through the woods just collecting materials when suddenly you see a pale looking environment, so you go check it out and then you start hearing something following you and making creaking noises, that would definitely make me start running for my life.
My crazy idea is the Creaking is a mob that disguises as a tree, and the only way to tell it apart is the creaking sound it makes. If you get close, it attacks.

It could be a megolaphobia inducing biome where everything makes you feel small and insignificant
i read that as megalovania... i should probably go to sleep already
It might be another cave biome since I feel like the caves are now like megolaphobia inducing.
I'm imagining something like the Hallow from Terraria
I hope we get a new wood type/color.
My first theory is that seeing how they said the pale garden like plants and stuff and then the mob called the creaking and what creaks trees so my bet is that tis may be a ambient / ambiance update
My second theory is that it could be is something spooky think about it pale garden ,THE CREAKING sounds spooky and you know what month is coming up OCTOBER aka SPOOKY MONTH
I have my mind thinking that it may be kind of like a blip biome - a biome that's completely isolated, like most mooshroom biomes - or maybe an alternate extra dimension (latter theory far-fetched, I know, but still fun to think about)
As for the creaking... my mind is instantly drawn to the image of an Ent from LOTR (basically walking tree people to serve as guardians of the forbidden forest).
Can't believe they finally added ultrakill 7-1 to minecraft
Don't you mean 7-3?
Pale garden sounds like a dimension.
God I hope.
That would be good, but I don’t think they’ll add another dimension until at least after the end update. Besides, you would have thought the name would be more thematic if that were the case.
@mistermonkeyj1691 they said there won't be a new dimension until all dimensions are updated so we need an end update first
@@RoxlnnBR I believe this to be true, though unfortunately they’re going to take an unholy amount of time to even get to the end even if it’s the most requested update ever
stoopeed
How funny would it be if it acted like the bracken from Lethal Company?
Imagine the one time THE ONE TIME no leaks came about and then they themselfs leak the damn stuff, is almost poetic
Sounds spooky. And they did say that now they will be doing smaller but more often content drops.
My theory is that it's a spooky thing for spooktober
You know, maybe Minecraft with get “seasonal” themed updates now, with a spookier/snow related update in the later months, and other drops relating to the season.
@@netherwarrior6113 tbh, I'd like that if done properly
Pale garden?
White?
Pale king?
Bug?
Hollowcraft???
We get to fight with the Pure Vessel as a boss
Pale garden
Hollow knight??
told my mom about this leak and she said, "maybe it's like old ladies, like creaking in a rocking chair enjoying the garden"
hope so
your mom is into minecraft? that’s so cool
The Garden: A forest type with flowers, ghostly wood, gravestones and maybe some kind of item
Creaking: A passive humanoid mob that becomes aggressive when you're looking away
I wonder if the creaking will work like the boos from mario, where it's only hostile if you aren't looking at it
It sounds like an end biome....
🤞
It DOESN'T sound like an end biome what?!
@@HellCromeEyeah it does
@@Blescro it sounds like a biome related to the undead
Sounds foggy in my opinion
That's insane that they leaked it by accident 😂
Creaker? I hardly know 'er
Gonna be honest, the pale guarden and the creaking sound pretty cool
I bet it'll be like a weeping angel
The Creaking as such potential to be something truly scary or at least unique. I love the idea of a slowly approaching ambush enemy, hiding behind trees, gradually getting closer. But idk if that's Minecraft's style, still a tree mimic would be cool, or an uncanny valley environment where it seems lovely on the surface just a touch off with a nasty surprise waiting
I'm one of the few people who don't want an end update, but this sounds like an end biome to me...
I definitely want the update and it does sound like an end biome so personally I'm very hyped
Can you please blur or pixelate parts of the thumbnail? I was really trying to avoid spoilers.. thanks
Pale garden? You mean like? QUEEN'S GARDENS?! FROM *HOLLOW KNIGHT?!!!?!*
pale garden like pale king from hollow knight!!!!!!!!!
does this mean the creaker is the *WHITE LADY FROM HOLLOW KNIGHT??!!!!*
LIKE.. THE PALE KING?! FROM HOLLOW KNIGHT??
@@fishyplayz6384 YOU'RE RIGHT
@@fishyplayz6384 yes exactly
It could be the the End alternative of the deep dark
P.S I work at mojang and since it has been leaked it shall now never be in minecraft. ENJOY your useless bundles now with colours
no you dont
@@fje_grgyou ever heard of a joke? Cuz he was joking, child.
IDEAS:
The Pale Garden may be about blending in, like having certain effects that make you smell like the biome usually does, or maybe wearing special gear that makes you blend in.
Great ideas, but this is mojang we're talking about. Realistically it's gonna be a few white flowers and a retextured skeleton
Thanks for putting it into the thumbnail so everyone has to get spoiled, how “considerate”
Sorry, it’s just super annoying
I really hope its a big ass frog
Aw hell nah, we got Hollow Knight in Minecraft before we got GTA 6 💀
i think maybe it could be that white jellyfish-type cave biome they showed concept art for a while back. it was one of the original concepts for the deep dark, but it looks pretty cool so heres to hoping
This isn't so much speculation as it is hope, but I think the pale garden will be an open floral area with washed-out colors and a somewhat eerie vibe, since the creaking sounds like a cryptid-type mob.
I think just like the creeper was a failed pig model, the creaker might be a rejected warden model.
I really hope that this is overground and that they're gonna add many new plant related stuff
Big mossy birch forest? With 4-wide trees? The wood of a birch tree is pretty pale.
They are adding an ultrakill biome
Honestly it would be pretty scary if it was above ground, because imagine you're walking through the woods just collecting materials when suddenly you see a pale looking environment, so you go check it out and then you start hearing something following you and making creaking noises, that would definitely make me start running for my life.
Villager Rescue? Villager #9 what's going on here?
My crazy idea is the Creaking is a mob that disguises as a tree, and the only way to tell it apart is the creaking sound it makes. If you get close, it attacks.
