@@NutmegNotebook i watched the video last night. You held up the spatula quickly without the name. It was difficult to see what it looked like lying down. I loved the red color. I hope to find one that is good getting things out of my food processor and vitamix. I am looking at Tovolo

Hi. I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing a problem with the discount code for the Reconditioned V1200. I’m trying to purchase it and when I go to checkout, the $199 flashes for a moment and then reverts to the $249. I tried it a couple of times. Any suggestions? I was going to call Vitamix tomorrow.. thanks
