I was born in the Southern Highlands so it was delightful to see Robo, i live in New Zealand now. So great to see places that are so familiar to me, thank you.
Yes, we moved here to Robertson from the Blue Mtns some 5yrs ago to allow our daughter to have space for her horses. Only regret that we have now is that we should have moved here 10yrs earlier. We love it so much, that we have decided to have the tinyhouse here so that we can share our piece of paradise with others. When the Government said, "Covid Lockdown everbody stay at home" we said"BRING IT ON."
Wonderful vlog as always ☺️ we recently did a farm stay at Mangrove Mountain in the Central Coast. The place was also a tiny house. We had a lot of fun playing with all the animals, including sheep, a horse, a donkey, an alpaca, emus, peacocks and goats. Hope you’re having a great time in Singapore!
Great to see you visit the Southern Highlands again - i live in Berrima (currently on holiday in Vietnam). Glad you went to Moonacres for coffee. But for the best pies in the Highlands you HAVE to go to Delilicious in Bundanoon- nothing else comes close!
Well walking is good for your heart, when there still pandemic,i walked around 6 kms a day because theres no transportation☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️, can't wait,to watch your next video, thank you janice
Out into the Australian wilderness! So glad to see you didn't get eaten by giant crocodiles, or bitten by giant spiders 😋 The only really small place I've stayed was a Yotel in Heathrow for a few hours 🤷♂
I love Recipe Tin Eats and have her Dinner cookbook. I don't cook entirely from scratch, like you, when I travel. I cook meals at home and freeze them. On the day we leave home I put my frozen meal bricks in a Costco chiller bag and they keep other perishables cold. I bring my slow cooker to reheat meals.
That kitchen size and functionality seems pretty decent. That minestrone looks good but how cute is that dog! Is that your host’s dog? Walking track nearby is a plus plus.
That's Frankie, our 3yr old border collie. His claim to fame is that his great grandmother is a movie star. She was one of the pups in the BABE movie which was filmed here in Robertson. Max @ Foxglove Cottage
Nice food and tiny house tour! My suburb Island Bay sells the best pies in all of Wellington, Patrishas Pies. $8 for a large steak and kidney pie, cheaper than other places in the city, since Island Bay is a suburb tucked away from most of the hustle and bustle of the city.
I used to know a french couple who was living in tiny houses. One each! Their houses were much smaller than the one you had but they were very well equipped. It was their permanent homes. The kind of people who voluntarily live simple life... Now they are back in France. The pies were both looking so good. I don't like apples but curiously, I love apple pies 😋 The place beside the cheese store, I would say it's a bazaar.
cheers Nicolas! that's kinda how I felt about the tiny house - it was small, but really had everything I needed - could definitely stay here for longer!
belmore falls has a trail that closed a few years ago, most people who have been before still go down that track. small jump of the fence near the car park.

You're most welcome to visit. We love to show off our piece of paradise to others. It was once highlighted on ABC program, Escape from the City. But now e open the doors of our tinyhouse to everyone
I did, I let them out. It is off leash area around here. They take me for my daily walk every morning to catch the sunrise at our secret lookout overlooking the Illawarra escarpment with views from Shellharbour all the way up the coast to Stanwell Park, Royal National Park, which is the second oldest National Park in the world.
First, Tiny House is my dream house ☺ so I don't need a big apartment or luxury house 🤭 Second, I think this is one of the things you should do once if you live in Australia 😁 I really enjoy it, thank you for share it.
I recently stayed in a supposedly luxury tiny house in a farm at moss vale NSW. That tiny house was so tiny there wasn’t any space to sit inside and dine and heater didn’t work throughout the night. Overpriced and Freezing cold. No space to hang any clothes either. Ran out of there as soon as we can. Only comfort is that there is a proper flushing toilet. Your tiny house looks a lot more livable.
Our youngest border collie, Frankie is 3yrs old and his claim to fame is that his great grandmother is a movie star who was on the BABE movie which was filmed in Robertson

I spend enough of my money on Sydney Motorways so that you get good returns on your investment. It's time you come down to Robertson to experience the good life, and give me some of my money back, lol. Max @ Foxglove Cottage
