- Here's my homemade coach lighting showing how to make this in any scale.
Sharing the ways we can make our models look better is a good way we can all improve and further enjoy our great hobby. Hope this helps ....
Just the vid I needed to find! Love the simplicity, thanks for making this video 😉👍 Now to make about 50 of them for my ol' man🤦♂️😁

Great description! I like the real life diagram at the end :)
G'Day Robin...its not just smoke and mirrors ! ... it really does work with no flickering lights ... it had to be proven at the end (grin)
@@scoopmmr good day to you too! this is really useful to me, I needed to know it to wire my caboose lights :) thanks for all
If you put this circuit onto regular dc will it still work? Or does the rectifier not work?
Yes with DC but add a capacitor to keep power storage
How warm does that circuit get Laurie?I seem to remember the old timey constant lighting circuits got very hot on 12 V. DC. Bret
G'Day Bret, I have not had a heat issue, regards Laurie
Laurie, What size LEDs did you use there? Great job mate!
G'Day Barry, the SMD's are chip size 5050 and tinted with Tamiya orange clear paint - hope you are staying safe and well mate. Laurie
Thank you Laurie. We're staying safe here. I'm working from home and my wife does some too.
