Ingredients:
2-3 large eggs
1 medium-sized potato, peeled and diced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
3 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
Fresh chopped coriander for garnish
Green chilies, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Step 1: Sautéing the Aromatic Base
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
Step 2: Cooking the Potatoes
