What a wonderful video. I do wish you would go a wee bit slower though. The music was perfect; so melancholy and haunting, what is it please. I like that you narrate the video, which lots of explorers do not. Thanks for sharing this wonderful find and where ever this family went, I hope they are well, or at least, at peace. Well done.
That is quite an old place, with the construction with roughly shaped vertical timbers in the walls. The walls with those in are probably the oldest part of the house.
New subscriber 💓I’ve seen this house on another channel, but you are so thorough I felt as if I was there and saw things I never saw before. You take your time and let us the viewer feel as if we are there with you. Thank you 😊
In the US, sadly to say a place like that would have been looted and destroyed shortly after people stopped living there. It is sad how things and places are treated over here.
Thanks for the great video Adam. Beautiful early farmhouse . Late 16th to early 18th century timber frame . Structure similar to earliest homes in new England ( 1630s- 40s)
Absolutely loving the videos, the music and everything.now i’m hooked on watching all of them.i love the way you and Lisa are so respectful.thank you 👍🏻
What a beautiful place,I can’t believe no one has gone to sort it out ,I noticed cards to dad on them .The lady’s photo on the fire place is lovely she’s so pretty. You can tell it’s an old persons place ,it’s so clean an tidy .I noticed the earring aids by the bed ,an glasses.Thank you for taking us around with you much love Ann xxx
Wonderful old style farmhouse. Not many left now! Nicely done. Someone has definitely taken clothes from the wardrobes. Family maybe or just a thief! You do a lovely job of exploring big guy. Look forward to your next one! Thank you for taking us there! 👌
I noticed an air freshener on the mantlepiece that were sold in Aldi two years ago. ALSO a bleach bottle in the kitchen sink and Zoflors on the shelf. Somebody must have been in to clean it up.That would explain why it's not as dusty as you would expect to be.
remember those big rim locks on the doors, and black switches on wood, used to see them in all the old farm houses 1960's. brought back childhood memories.
Nadaleen Brady , we collect them in the spring and leave them in an outhouse to dry. They give a great pine smell when your using them to start the fire. 😉
I don't know how I missed seeing this vid but what a find! The bedroom situation was a bit strange, going through one to get to another, but beautiful. And piss pots abound! :) I hate to think what it is like today, 3 years later.
The carpets are from the 1960’s or early 70’s.So is the Hoover. It’s obvious someone has been living in it until quite recently, there is a lack of cobwebs.
OMG this is amazing, the locks on the bedroom doors wow, so nice to see it untouched, stunning, does make you wonder why people leave this big gorgeous places, a bit of work on it and it would make a fab home for a family, such a shame, brilliant video, the concrete wheel thing is a grinder to sharpen the tools they were working with in the barns. What a brilliant untouched find. Love how respectful you are of these places, that goes a long way.
Brilliant !!!!!..... Just love the Very Sympathetic and Respectful way in which you go thru' these places. Great to see just how 'Original' it is. To me it looks like 'The Family' has been thru' the place as nothing is Trashed. Actually get a very Sad feeling from this house and property. Thanks for sharing .... Cheers from NZ
I so love abandoned homes use to go myself but not able to anymore where I live so love that I am able to enjoy my passion and love for them through you and others videos thank you....
Beautiful mansion fit for a Queen 😀 everything left in the house but noticed no television but there’s new and old stuff left would love to know the history of this place
Very sad that the old person has obviously passed away and no one was there to deal with the houses down all their personal effects. Looks as though they could walk back through the door at any minute.
This was absolutely beautiful. Zoflora box in the kitchen was quite recent but it's obvious no one has slept there for long time. Maybe someone keeps an eye on it? The steps were awesome! Bizarrely the seat under the bedroom window with the gloves on at 10:38 is actually a commode. I know because I'm disabled and it matches mine 🤦♀️😂 The NHS ones look so bloody obvious so when I found this old lovely vintage one I knew that was it 👍😂 it's the first time I've ever seen a matching one 😂😂😂 Truly gorgeous home you found there 💖💖
Doesn't look like enough dust in that house to be abandoned for 20 years . I have more dust than that after a week. That looked like a grindstone in that first building.
Absolutely amazing explore. Its nice to see such an untouched place. I felt a sense of sadness that the lady there had ill health and was taken suddenly. Its sad that no family has claimed this beautiful home. Those ceilings are so low lol they must of been short people.
In the first barn, the 'mchine' with the big stone wheel I believe was a grinding wheel, often used to sharpen tools like axes and the like. I could be wrong.
It was an absolutely stunning mansion in perfect condition ready to move into in the living room there was a spray air freshener I have one of them but that’s not 80s that. Can’t believe it’s been abandoned not many clothes there maybe they gone on holiday or they must have family surely. I hope this place doesn’t get robbed or trashed cos it’s beautiful would be anybodies dream home ❤️ thanks for sharing
Adam Mark I love bringing old furniture back to life’s It absolutely KILLS me to think that gorgeous pieces like this are sitting in empty homes, just rotting away. It hurts my soul. Lol
This video was capturing the mood more, that's the stuff I like makes for better viewing......I'm thinking you had a feeling of not being alone in there
Very good filming and with respect for the vacant houses,,can't understand why it's left not sold or anything,,who or where are the families,,, history must be there so sad ,,,but amazing,,
That house is def super old, the low ceilings, narrow turning stairway and lack of cupboards with only plank board for dishes food etc is a ringer for later 1800's, betting it was a family home for generations.. awesome explore, beautiful home
This one does feel eerie to watch so many reasons why they just disappeared I guess what a shame and a waste of a beautiful home although I doubt anyone would want to live in these abandoned homes it must be creepy you guys are very brave to investigate like you do really like you lisa and dale 😊👍🏻
I dont find it creepy. We had lots of haunted properties in the UK and never had any problems. I think most are happy to have a family that love and care for the property!
good morning I loved your exploration by the color of the shoes and gloves and several items in the house was an early age in the late 1920 and 1930 lovely home I will continue your exploration. good job beautiful thank you
Knife or tool sharpening stone in the shed marvouls peice of old fashioned equiptment museum worthy An absolute marvalous find glad to see its not been destroyed
Whatba beautiful home, lovely to see it not abused. Every time i see the name Violet i think of my nannan, her name was Violet, i think of her all the time but when i see her name.... lovely explore Adam thank you
14:11. That tool you pointed out. I think it is a sharpening stone used to sharpen farm tools, gardening tool. We had one similar and used it frequently even sharpening the carving knife with it. We had a pot sitting nearby which had oil in it and would pour some on whatever had been sharpened to wipe the filings off. Just going through some old videos. This one is 3 years old.

Another great find and it was so tidy. Love the wood beams on the ceiling. Curious why the ceilings are so low. Such a shame that beautiful homes are abandoned as they are. ♥️ From Ga..
People have got taller each generation. A lot of old UK properties have low ceilings. We owned a 17th century Pub in North Devon and all the ceilings are like this. Most cottages have these ceilings and it adds to the atmosphere. Very easy to heat as there is no high ceiling to loose the warm air, very cosy!
Lovely place, so sad to be abandoned like this, try and find out the story behind this. Machine in the barn is a sharpener of knives, scissors etc. love watching your videos, you are definitely the best on UA-cam x
When I see homes abandoned by people who didn’t have children, I remember what my sister told me people with dementia will forget were they are and leave then forget where home is & be lost...... sad trueth in life. Abandon homes are lost sometimes by accident
That’s sad! But that wasn’t the case with this house, there were cards that said Dad on them so they have offspring somewhere. I’m not sure why they would just leave everything in there. At least take your family pictures and what not. I just don’t get it
@언졀러 Angela ...... So sad. You would think that someone could buy it for what taxes is owed on it and it wouldn't be empty. I very always thought that empty houses would cost more in the long run. If vandals get in and set a fire to keep warm and the place burned down killing someone who is liable. Auction it off maybe.

How sad to see everything left behind. A lovely old fashioned house with old fashioned furniture. Sad also to see the gloves on the bed, and also the handbag, and the beds made up. Very strange to see the electric blanket on the bed and still in the electric socket.😢

Lots to see in this house full of character. Thankyou for filming for us. Beautifully tidy generally too. How do you find these intrigueing old farmhouses?
The round stone wheel in the first out house is a sharpening stone, i think,, it would turn around to sharpen knives and tools,, my friend had one in her antique shop and it was £95!
I just subscribed to your account! I love your videos and love the abandoned adventures!! You have so much respect going into a house, you seem like a really genuine guy! I also love your comments lol, you are perfect 😂
Was there anything down the stairs at the 5th bedroom/storage room?! I agree with others you do get an overwhelming feeling of sadness. I would never have guessed it had that much room inside!! I totally just subscribed and will get alerts. Looking forward to next video!
This was an absolute corker! Loved the quirky layout upstairs with the “Jack & Jill” bathroom between the bedrooms. Also the way you accessed those two bedrooms from the other. The blue shoes in the closet match the nurses dress perfectly. What a lovely home😊💖🌟
I would love the history on the place and the family. WHY?
Dried pine cones are used as fire lighters. Liking the back ground music. 🥳
Did not know that , so interesting!

Incredible I’m looking for a property just like this, it’s such a shame it’s left rotting perfectly beautiful to get new life there.
I can see it in my mind all restored! Breaks my heart these places are left to rot!
The carpets are from the 1960’s or early 70’s.So is the Hoover.
It’s obvious someone has been living in it until quite recently, there is a lack of cobwebs.
I guessed the Hoover to be from the seventies.
And the Harry Potter video as that came out in 2001
I Found out later that there had been squatters staying there when the power was on
I was going to say the same about having people recent as the detol spray on the toilet is recent
Theres no way thats been empty long I've got a 1980s hover they last years so that means nothing

11:48 The item with the wire basket was a bed heater. Just a bulb with a basket to stop it from touching the bedding when warming the bed.
Absolutely terrific old barn with that amazing timber framework. This property is old. Possibly locally of historic significance.
Half of the property is very old ,probably about 17th century, and the barn at the end is about the same age too. Great explore
