- Who wouldn’t love this flavorful pork sisig? We made it simpol so you can easily recreate this classic Pinoy dish at home!
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 kilogram pig’s cheeks and ears
3 pieces laurel leaves
1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
4 cups water
2 tablespoons salt
200 grams chicken liver
Set B:
4 tablespoons calamansi juice
5 pieces big red onions, chopped
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
7 pieces siling labuyo (red chili pepper), chopped
Chef lalakas talaga cla kumain at napakasarap mo magluto.
Isa nanamang masarap na pulutan! As usual kapartner niyan ay beer o kahit anung inumin. Cheers! 🍻😁🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Oh yes! Use a pig's face to make this. You know, the snout where the snot comes out of. The ears were the ear wax builds up in, the eyes were eye sand dusts (muta) are stored in and the mouth were saliva drips from. Yummy!
uuuuuuuuhm did you miss the part when he said “clean it very properly”? Duh. My goodness.
With all due respect, you might as well not eat any meat since all meat parts come into contact with dirt some way or another. Same with fruits and vegetables which literally grow from a seed underground - which is the home of many insects and worms.
Just ensure every ingredient used is clean. And clean even if purchased from large commercial stores. Besides, traditional sisig is cooked with the face part to begin with. :)
