You said we weren't doing a third circuit." Then when he said: "I let go of me hands". I was cracking up the whole time thinking he sounded just like the kids I teach.

i always feel like gymnastics is one of the few sports that really trains the abs a lot. tons of people r as strong as i am in my arms and stronger in their legs, but i always can hold a longer plank and no one i know out of gym can do a hollow or v up
