The Judge didn't quash the subpoena for deposition, he "stayed" it, until he heard from Nathan Wade, if he chooses to testify. Meaning he could still order her to testify.

He was not at all friendly to Fani's lawyer's arguments and implied much of it was superfluous and he didn't want to hear it. Fani wanted so much to embarrass President Trump. The American People deserve to know when this massive payment was made to Mr. Wade, as well as his Wife Joycelyn needing to know in their Divorce proceedings.
Judge Henry Thompson declined to absolve Willis from being deposed in the future but temporarily paused the requirement until after Wade has been deposed.
“Only after I hear what Mrs. Wade has to say do I think I can make a determination of whether the proposed opponent has any unique knowledge about these issues,” Thompson said

The judge will then decide whether to depose Willis, but the damage may already have been done.

Wade filed for divorce two years ago because his wife slept with his best friend. Fani wasn’t mentioned in the divorce and had nothing to do with it. In fact, she offered that job to two other candidates but they turned it down. Wade was her third choice for that position. But all of this has to be proven. A lot of information is going to come out and will prove that the defendants in the RICO case are behind this.
