You have some lovely things there Zoe, love the little tin and that cyanotype printing is really fun, I did some last year, prepped the paper myself with the chemicals, pain in the hole, much easier to start with the paper, I'll look foward to watching you play with that. It will be interesting to see how you get on with the paper, that block kind is really pricey usually isn't it so I've never tried it yet. I don't have a problem with buying stuff from mainland China (except the stolen images you mentioned) - I mean I don't mind paying a premium for quality art supplies when I can afford it, but sometimes it's the same goods made in china but sold at a higher price by UK sellers, so I reckon I'm cutting out the middle man :) Anyway, you got some lovely bargains there, thanks for showing them xo
I love this stuff I got for this video!!! I sit at my desk spinning the pen pot 🤣🤣 can’t wait to try the cyanotype paper! I used the watercolour paper and it’s rougher than I am used to but I still enjoyed it!! Xx

There's nothing wrong with Temu aside from the annoying ads everywhere and the obvious data stealing (but all websites do that), but it's just another version of Amazon. Same with Shien, Wish, and Aliexpress. The only thing is Amazon is US and the other ones are China-based. I like my 2 day shipping from Amazon and the selection of everything else on Aliexpress.
Love the paint tin pallet so cute. Aww I have that paper and it’s fabulous. Yep paint on the block you will find that your paper won’t buckle so you can use more water. Aww cute little turn style pen holder. Yep pretty great haul. Thanks for sharing with us all.

That baohong paper is very good! There are a lot video's on yt on it. The red one is the hot pressed, so that is smooter. I have a infinitief pensel, use it with my agenda after 1,5 year the point is a bit less sharp😊 love it! (Excuse my English )

TEMU has been a lifesaver for me, as an artist. There is no way I would have been able to (carefully) buy as many art supplies (but not over-buy) as I could have without TEMU. I was just using a new set of stamps I got from them and verdict? Flawless! Holtz = $25 US, TEMU? $2. Not going to give to the Holtz hysteria money g@ds lol.
I’m think a lot of people don’t realise that for the most part the stuff is good quality! I’ve not used to stamps and I have to say I’m guilty of parting money for distress stuff but maybe I’ll have a look at that kind of thing next time I shop on Temu!
@@zoehartist I didn't want to "diss" Holtz too hard, I do have several of his stamp pads and a few other things, but TEMU? Unreal the amount of things that are so affordable. Thanks for the review, btw. 🙂

Nice haul Zoe, I have had things in my basket for months now. Put me off with all the plastic and the amount of stolen art. I have 2 of those fiddley to build pen/pencils storage stands.
Yeah I’m not keen on all the plastic either, Amazon are the same though. It’s the manufacturers using it!
I just don’t buy anything with stolen art now, they should monitor their sellers more
It's everywhere now though, stealing designs, like Etsy has changed so much over the years. Mass produced stuff. The larger companies getting richer whilst the artist starves. Shame on them!
I know, Etsy is just awful now! I do still use it but it’s not a nice experience like it was!
