In April 2022 Goddard Enterprises replaced all ASC controllers with brand new Federal Signal ones. The control board was custom programmed with 10/5 attack. Custom logos were made by Tyler (thundebolt10031 on UA-cam) This upgrade provides the city with a more secure and reliable siren system.

I think this siren is running directly on batteries and being charged by solar panel. I think this explains why this siren is low pitched.
