the squid polyp clip should have been something being flung across the street. the squid's projectiles have insane knockback and they have killed many jellyfish and wisps with impact damage alone. also, if you go into the final mithrix phase and buy back a bunch of drones before mithrix takes your squid, they will straight up push him across the arena before he fires his first shot.
another fun thing to do with squid polyp is to bring along a remote caffeinator, which will spawn one with each use and heal existing ones nearby. extra points if you brought along a captain with a hacking beacon, since you can just keep dropping the machine in it's beacon so its free to use every time
