@@jackryanb7 I have the 2018 Q5 and the cigarette socket does not work. I think you know that the fuse box is located under the drivers left foot side and is it the C6 fuse that needs replacing then? My problem too is that I can't open up the plastic cover in the foot board. How to remove the circular part of it and what type of screw driver head to I need? Hope to hear from you. Thanks.
