I like this Banner/Hulk dynamic Kafka has with No. 8. Even though Kafka *is* a kaiju and can use the power, it's nowhere near as overwhelming as when No. 8 is in full control. Personally, I think we're going to get some revelations as to what No. 8 truly is in the coming chapters and maybe an answer to who that ghostly samurai was when he was training with Hoshina. The best theory I've seen is that it's a former No. 8 host and possibly one of Kafka's ancestors, hence why No. 8 said "Found you." when it merged with him as it was looking for someone from the same bloodline.
The fight next chapter will be hype. But I think I’m more excited to see KN8 lore more than anything. We’ve been waiting so freaking long to learn more about KN8!

It's kind of funny. I mean Mina came up as a normal soldier. Once upon a time she was using the standard weapons yeah? So how is it everyone is so amazed by her combat abilities? She must not have gotten her custom signature weapon until she was already pretty established yeah? They've told us what a big deal it is how many of the current batch are skilled enough to already have custom weapons.

Little to no power (in terms of in universe relevance), never give up attitude, and a “buddy” that makes them relevant (in universe).

I have an idea for where number 8 and 9 may have come from, or at least a concept. Maybe wherever they come from, there's the occasional "Oddity". It might be a massive strength surge, as well as their weird ability. I mean, each of the numbers has increased fortitude as well as a specific ability unique to them. What if 8's ability is something along the lines of adaptability, as his form can constantly change as seen after Kafka escapes from the hospital, he turns into a weird ass Cthulhu monster. 9's is obviously some weird absorption, if he has that many kaiju in his body as well as the late captain. Maybe 8 was for some reason the bullied one out of them all? I mean, human bullying is bad, god knows what this world's kaiju bullying is like.

After seeing that Gen had NO STRUGGLES with berserk Kafka, I seriously don’t think there’s a character in the series that can beat Gen in a fight. Gen is the perfect leader of this generation. Especially after reading more of his backstory from B Side. He trains and cares so much🔥😤
Bro, Matsumoto didn't mean they're shocked bcuz she was strong even after changing roles. Kafka is the only one who can make Mina feel fearless and confident. That's why, in this fight alongside Kafka, her cover fire is more powerful and perfectly accurate compared to when she paired up with Hoshina. She didn't always stand in some random place and fire with her railgun. She has fought like this with Hoshina too, but with Kafka, she becomes more powerful, and that's why they're shocked. Mina feels safe and invincible with Kafka; she said this all the time, like in chapters 2, 69, and 104, which is why she needs him all the time. For Mina, it's 'I have to do this' with Hoshina or others, but with Kafka, it's like 'I can and will do this'.
It’s a good question. I think that Mina will be safe. But if someone with a numbered suit pulls up, then I could see Kafka accidentally attacking them. The same way KN8 mistook Isao as KN2.
I don't think Kafka will lose control but he might lose ability to become human again with a constant risk of losing his control. That will be the fair price of losing your humanity to defeat a monster
I like this thought, the constant risk of losing control would scare even Kafka. It reminds me of when he was afraid to transform into KN8 during the KN9 ant raid. He literally imagined himself killing Kikoru at one point. So this would be a drastic power up and draw back if losing control became a constant risk. I like that!👀

Its extremely hard to fight someone who can fight like human purely based of Instinct. Youre basically fighting Someone similar to UI Goku but extremely inferior and with only offensive capability and loose defense. It can either ended up being One sided beatdown or Kaiju No 9 will adapt against him but still will get heavily damaged

@@Crowdmissle76 I don't think it will matter much either way since he knows about Uncontrolled version of berserker form through Isao he still wont be able to fight against someone who is mixing Both Human based Fighting Style with Kaiju based Instinct fighting Style. Its extremely hard to fight someone who can fight like human purely based of Instinct. Youre basically fighting Someone similar to UI Goku but extremely inferior and with only offensive capability and loose defense. It can either ended up being One sided beatdown or Kaiju No 9 will adapt against him but still will get heavily damaged

Narumi was also holding back drastically. If he would’ve used his evolved eyes from the get go then Kaiju No 11 would’ve gotten washed. Classic tale of underestimating an opponent. I’m sure he didn’t underestimate a 9.8 Kafka at all because he saw what a 9.8 Kafka did to Isao.

@lloydbrianbonifacio8206 it for sure is terrifying dawg. Honestly I think Narumi has raised KN1’s fortitude levels higher than it was when it was alive. Because Narumi has manifested abilities that KN1 couldn’t manifest itself. Which is wild.
But I agree. It’ll be interesting to see Kafka around other members using numbered weapons. Because I think it could trigger Kafka again like how KN2 did

Bro I was literally talking the other day about how this is going to be the first time KN9 learns what fear is. I guarantee it. The first time Kafka almost killed 9 early in the story, KN9 literally said, “Ahhhhh man.” Like it was some joke he was gonna die
Him absorbing Isao is going to make him fear this KN8 berserk mode. Isao almost lost his life to this same thing. AND absorbing more humans will give him more human like emotions. I think we’ll see KN9 talk about fear in the next few chapters. I literally want to make a YT video about this same exact topic. It’s in my “YT video ideas” on my iPhone notes😂🤝🏾
