Beautiful. The view of the pool from the formal living room is amazing. Love how the movie room gets blacked out. Elevator, nice. That view and patio from the first floor bedroom is amazing. I don’t like when bedroom en suites double as the cabana/pool baths. Too much traffic in that person’s personal bathroom. Jason. You could easily fit in that fridge 🤣. Lovely outdoor kitchen and lounge area. Yesss to the A:C. That dock is amazing. These guest rooms , closets and en suites on the second floor are amazing. Is it me, or is the second floor laundry bigger? His and her bathrooms and closets. Yessssss. Hers? 😌. Hair dressing station. Amazing home.
LV all your videos. This house, considering it is a luxury mansion, has a distinct middle-of-the road feel to it...the outside and entrance area looks more like a middle-class house with higher aspirations but no eye for high-end luxury, and the inside is similarly designed. Someone with exquisite taste and an eye for real class has to come in and make this property a true luxury high-end property as it deserves to be considering its location. (P.S.: this cameraman is the best -the one filling in in the last video just didn't make the images pop as much as this cameraman does!) Can't wait for the next video!

Fort Lauderdale must be insane rn if this is what gets 10 milly. I agree, it looks like a mcmansion. The built-in wood work is cheap looking, the fit and finish of the other materials is not what I'd expect for 10 milly after having watched so many of these videos. Look at the columns in the backyard, they're just clad with some veneer, and the corners aren't even finished, the corners just lap over. The door hinges are standard, not hidden. The interior doors are just cheap, pressed stuff you'd find at Home Depot. Why is there a off-the-shelf wine cooler in the wine cooler room. It should be a cooled space with bottle racks, what's the point of the room? Just to have an extra door?

I've watched many of your home tours multiple times, and this is one of the least expensive, but my personal favorite, because of one thing, the bug screen. Why doesn't the 60 million dollar palace have one? Can they be added?

my wife and i watch your videos all the time and love them, but we wish the camera guy would pan around at the property more sometimes instead of just showing you (no offense lol). an example from this video is like when you’re in that huge closet, he just shows you talking about the closet and we don’t get to see the closet. same when you’re talking about the view up to the high ceilings. we find ourselves saying that a lot. just some friendly feedback.otherwise definitely the channel we watch the most (if any type), it’s our favorite.
Great tour but at this price tag the interior design and finishes needs to be on point .. I think it should be in the $5 million range .. it had no WOW factor anywhere unfortunately .. seen much nicer homes on your channel for much less price ..
