Anjani Caves & waterfall || Anjani Kund || Ahwa - Dang ||

Anjani Kund also known as Anjani Parvat is a small village around 35 km from Ahwa in Dang district, with various mythological stories. It is named after Anjani mother of lord hanuman, who lived here, It is said here that Lord Hanuman born here in the cave of Anjani mountain. There is a temple here in the name of lord hanuman, the holy place for peoples of dang district and only temple where Bal Hanuman is worshipped. Another myth is Mata Anjani did penance here on the Anjani Mountain and gave birth to Lord Hanumanji in the cave located in Anjani Parvat. A small water kund near the cave is known as Anjani Kund. It is one of the places of heritage in Gujarat and among the top places to visit during Saputara Tour.
Timing :- Open Place (24x7)
(But not recommended after 6pm, because it is in deep forest)
Ticket :- Free Entry (Parking is paid)
Best time for visit: - Morning or Afternoon in Monsoon
Rush :- medium during normal day, little rush during monsoon holiday
Keep water and food with you (there is no shop around while trekking).
You have to walk/hike 3.5 Km to 4 Km.
I recommend the other road which is coming from "ahwa - devinamal camp side".
And please DO NOT THROW GARBAGE AROUND. KEEP IT CLEAN.

Just so you know, you didn't miss much if you weren't there yesterday. Since it's the beginning of the rainy/monsoon season, there might not be enough water yet. Even if the waterfall has started, the water might not be clean (not talking about only visually).
