Why do people have to be "bothered" or "mad" for calling this a poor performanc? We all know the Stingettes are GREAT, but this was horrible (even for a 1st performance). It's no excuse why the crab from last year was that bad on the field!!!! I think we all know they are going to work hard at fixing these issues, but I'm sorry...this was not a good performance.
Stands were ok and Tey does look good. I was mainly referring to the field show.

Y'all don't think that maybe she's standing up because this isn't a game it's a battle of the bands before the season which means the girls are still learning counts bc they focus on more than just 8 counts at practice and maybe Tey was standing so and doing row by row to give them the ability to SEE the count twice before they have to do it?
I like your thinking. Also giving them a feel to stand in this stance instead if always sitting after every count. Tey is about to be a beast this year!

I believe the announcer was Jay Anthony Brown from the Tom Joyner Morning Show. I'm not surprised about his antic behavior because in his "world of thinking" 99 percent of what happens is subject to a comedic interpretation. However, it would have been a catastrophe if Charlemagne "The God" from the Breakfast Club" had the mic because his unruly azz thinks that everything revovles around his sarcasm. I'm a native of Miami, Florida and a proud ASU alumnus. I respect the changes I've noticed from the enitre band over the decades - I just want the band director to continue advancing his craft for benchmark performances because Bethume Cookman University has appealed to the critics that its band is exceptional due to being invited to the Honda's Battle of the Band more times than any other HBCU'S bands!

+Martel R I'm not trying to be critical because of their 1st performance but constructive criticism never hurt anybody. I will say the Jsettes only have 4 crabs and they are good so sometimes less is better or have cuts!

Girl bye, I just don't even want to even comment anymore, why is she not sitting her ass down, she keep standing like she's lost,stingettes are known for their sexy sit downs after 8 counts are thrown and she is not giving any change ups on any of the videos,I knew this was going to happen, wrong pic, I said it's more to it to be a captain you have to have attention to detail also,man I said it should have been Amber she possesses all of those qualities, Tey messed up majority every game last year, she was not the best pic man, look! !!!!!!
