Therapy really helped me a lot in the lowest times of my life - my love letter to you - your feelings are valid but knowledge can really turn your life around, oftentimes we haven't been exposed to the knowledge we need, just yet. It's beautiful that you find in UA-cam what I find in UA-cam as well - MORE THAN COMFORT. Is there anything - I can support you with - some encouraging words you need today?
I’ve always had a hard time journaling. Outside of my grimoire which I use to write down witchy information, spells, recipes, history, etc., I’ve always had a difficult time generically journaling. My grandma passed this weekend, and my heart is broken, but I immediately knew one way to heal. All of my journal entries will start ‘Dear Grandma.’ It is already helping me keep her alive in my memory, and it gives me a positive outlet. Even if I only doodle, write a poem, or save a pretty picture.
Edited to say: my Grandma used to always close phone calls or visits by saying, ‘dream of angels.’ The way you closed your vlog reminded me so much of her 🥺💜🖤💜🖤

I’m so happy that you’re 6 months off of accutane! I went on Accutane because my acne was soooo bad and while it did help so much it was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve been through mentally and physically. My skin was so dry and painful and I was having a whole bunch of mood and weight and appetite changes. I’m so happy you pushed through! Sending love❤️
