I don't agree with the hate she gets, Elsa is a great character, she's a great mom she gives herself completely. Growing up it's been shown her mom was terrible like Izzie's, so I can understand her. The cheating was a breaking point in her life and while I don't agree with it I understand how she got there, it wasn't magically fixed and it'll haunt her forever, she's a flawed character but she's real, good characters don't always have to be perfect people who do no wrong.
