This mode is Called "Stamina Mode". When you're choosing your Ruleset before a Battle, go to the edit option an change Stock to Stamina, Then choose how many Hp and Stocks you want and FIGHT!.
BTW lucario can learn dark pulse FOR SOME REASON and easily knock out mewtwo in reality unless mewtwo just has a fire type move which he prob can't learn any
Fighter type pokemons have weakness to psychic type pokemons, Lucario is fighter and steel type, Mewtwo is psychic, that is, Mewtwo itself has an advantage against Lucario, and Lucario can only learn Dark Pulse by TM or something, Mewtwo can learn Fire Punch by TM, Lucario also has weakness to fighter type, it's weird, the reason is because he's also steel type, Mewtwo can learn fighter type attacks eg Aura Sphere Mewtwo can easily beat Lucario
@@galaxyboyakalance2105 I just remembered that Lucario doesn't have psychic weakness, but still, Lucario's fighter type attacks wouldn't work on Mewtwo, it wouldn't be a very fair battle, Mewtwo's stats are pretty high compared to Lucario and it's even bigger if it is mega for Lucario to learn attacks like Dark Pulse he would need a trainer as he could only do it with TM, and it's hard to happen since Lucario is like steel and a fighter, so a dark type attack wouldn't be the best combination, And if you're talking about a battle like in the anime, Mewtwo could just use his mental powers and throw Lucario, he did it himself in an episode with Ash's Lucario
