Nuno Bettencourt suddenly appeared in the waiting room before the show began, and after giving the surprised LOVEBITES members a hug of encouragement, he sat down on the second floor of the concert hall to listen to their performance. Impressed by their two-hour performance, Nuno could not contain his excitement after the show and wanted to honor them with a hug in person, so he decided to change his plans and wait for them in the waiting room.
But the "Final Judgement" was on October 5th, 2023, this is from September 24th, 2023. It was streamed worldwide with virtual tickets, but it's true, Nuno Bettencourt, who they've invited to come to a show when they went to an Extreme show with him when Extreme toured in Japan. But Nuno cancelled some of his schedule and stayed just to meet them after the show, because he was impressed. M & M is a synonym for SHREDDING. Nobody does it better. These two can easily go into metal history if they continue like this for another 20 years. The whole band has no weak link. Just spectacular, composed by genius Miyako of course. Fami kicking it the whole time giving that rhytm, Haruna destroying those drumms, and Asami leading the whole song. It cant get any better than this-progressive power metal shredding madness. Love this band so much, so unique and badass...
Miyako and Midori practice together away from the band chasing perfection and demonstrate what a true Vulcan Mind Meld looks like!!!! The Guitar Rescue Society was ready to grab M&M as the most wanted for the sheer abuse and punishment they put their instruments through. Meanwhile Haruna on drums ran a Marathon playing this song. The Energizer Bunny didn't last 30 seconds into this song and collapsed when the song was only halfway through. Then you have Asami belting out over this runaway locomotive from start to finish. Finally, Fami, smiling all the while, gets some shine time as she matches M&M and helps keep pace with Haruna. This was the closing song of the set, think about that after a full set they still had Olympic endurance to pull this off!! BTW, great reaction as always guys and as always they surprise but NEVER disappoint especially LIVE.
Song is great example of BAROQUE (1600-1750) music sound (composition) in Modern Times with modern instruments. FAMI is the greatness young bassist. She walk as model with giant bass guitar!!! I am 68 but remember their names from the first time I saw them.
I was right there in that very venue-my first experience of a LOVEBITES concert. My seat was toward the back of the balcony, and I spent the whole show, not just on this song, slack-jawed and muttering “OMG, OMG” like an idiot. Then, in September 2024, I was in the fifth row of the arena, getting hit with Haruna’s double bass shockwaves straight to my chest, raising my fist and shouting till I lost my voice as if I were hypnotized. I really hope everyone here get the chance to experience LOVEBITES from the arena someday-it’s absolutely incredible! 🤘

But the actual part of the song itself. If I caused any confusion in that regard, apologies. Also, 2, things: 1. I'm no music expert nor will I ever claim to me. I'm just an average person that chooses to open up his mind and listen to music that's outside of my wheelhouse. While I can sing, rap, and have recorded and managed rap artists before, I'm no expert. I just love music. 2. One of the main reasons why we reacted to this song in particular was because of a video of Miyako playing both parts by herself at a private concert. People were absolutely in awe. The song itself did not disappoint and I'm proud of these women and their fans that have the pleasure of listening to them.
