Spring drilling! Direct drilling planting beans

In today’s video we are sowing spring beans with the Case 240 CVX & Mzuri 3m strip till drill. This is one of my favourite jobs on the arable side of the farm.

Can you see an improvement with the soil in the job the drill does now to the first time you used it on your farm

I think our fields cope better with wetter winters and it’s definitely making a better job compared to the first year. This will only be our 4th year on this system but it is the right way to go for our farm.
