This is a song called Showbiz, from our album, called showbiz HAHAHAHHAAHHAHA the look on his face.
Wonderful performance. Up to date, Bellamy still modifies the way he originally plays in his songs when he's on stage, making them sound even more serious and cool. That technique is only to be found elsewhere, on scroll, in a dungeon beneath a sorcerer's castle. He is very emotional, too, as he carries himself through a deep song like this one. Matt is intimately bothered as he intensely and persistently expresses himself using his high vocal range and incredible insight in guitar scales.
way back, crowd are just "meh" with these songs.. but nowadays, a real muse fan could kill someone just to see this song live.

We Germans were just lucky people back then, cause Muse used to play all over the country. Discovered the band just after the drop of muscle museum. They enriched my life with their sound, lyrics and passion. No drama, simply the truth.

Yes. You can literally just search for "Muse Spiral Static live" and find it. No video proshot though.
It's very rare, the only one live that has surfaced the internet is the old demo version from '97. They only ever performed the song pre-Showbiz era. It's a shame, the song is way too underappreciated by Musers.

“And forcing our d-????????” lol 😂 Matt was so funny back then! Not saying he isn’t now, but he had a very teenage sense of humour (which makes sense considering they were in their early twenties). Though him raising his eyebrows during the intro to ‘Plug In Baby’ this tour was quite aMUSEing, I think his teen humour was just so special.
