I love how these young amazing people on youtube keep on sharing their stories, educate others on their conditions and show the world the real power of human resilience.
Man you're so amazing I have some minor problems in my life and I take life for granted you made me realize that I should be thankful for everything and i should accept every problem in my life because they shaped who I am. Thank you man much much love and respect 🖤
I had a basic rudimentary understand of quadriplegic BUT learned so much from your video. Thank you for the information and for your positivity!! Such an amazing man!
I am nurse for private duty c3/c4 partial and complete quads. I love the message you are sharing and the education you provide to help stimulate open minds.
Great explanation! That exercise really demonstrates what it's like for someone who is paralyzed well! Thanks for showing us! Big hugs to you and Sedona!
Wow. This is sooo interesting and educational. My dog Autumn is a paraplegic. She lost deep pain and was Grade 4, even after surgery. But she has come a long way after 3 years with manual stimulation, massages, acupuncture, laser therapy, water therapy and physical therapy. Our friend became quadriplegic two years ago from a motorcycle accident. I was really scared when my boyfriend broke his neck in a head-on collision. Thanks so much for sharing. You’re amazing!
I'm so glad I found this channel. Not only are you amazing at explaining the medical aspect, but its been so great getting to watch other aspects of your life. Most people don't want to talk about this sort of thing, so it's great that your story is out here.
You're really strong dude , both mentally and Physically. Seeing how you go about certain everyday things and how much effort it takes between you and your Mum is crazy but you keep pushing through which is great 👍 Your Mum is very supportive and caring and that's awesome 😀 Keep fighting man 👊❤
I thank you for telling exactly what happened to you and the difference, a accidents can paralyze a person in mini a different way. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with all of us, it makes me grateful for what I have, and you are very humble and grateful young man 💞
Hi Zack! This was a great explanation. I appreciate that. I'm a Type 1 Diabetic (for 50yrs). I love educating people on my disease. I really love your channel. :)
Great job Zack... C4/C5 incomplete myself. The ring finger explanation is AWESOME!!! Wont forget that one. Keep up the good work you do...it means a lot.
Thank you Zack & Sedona. Well explained and appreciated, and good to hear you're a public speaker as well. You've gained so much in confidence. Keep going Zack. You're doing great.
Aww Sedona :3. Honestly I was really confused about this topic, thanks for your explanation. I learned something new today. I wish you the best Zack and hope you can keep uploading more videos. Greetings from Colombia :)
This kind of videos motivate me to keep going with my career :) I'm studying physical therapy and I just want to help people like you to get better and to have the best life possibly. Thank you so much! You have such a strong and beautiful soul, keep going and take care😊
Great explanation Zack. It is so important to educate people that don't have idea what we can go through. I had a injury on level L. I wish you the best!
Great explanation of SCI, Zach! It's great to see you and some others care enough to share your experience as a quadriplegic and offer continued 'How to' with those in need!
You're really good at explaining things, I'm researching about spinal cord injury, but never got this feeling or had any idea how it feels when you're paralyzed, the ring finger test was great, thanks and you inspire lots of people, keep doing this and take care..
Thank you for your courage, Zack. Your frank discussion and presentation of day-to-day life as a quadriplegic is incredibly educational. You are breaking down areas of simple ignorance that create barriers among people and prevent us from being open and accepting. Keep it up!
Brilliant coverage thanks for sharing & raising awareness. I too have had a spinal cord injury that has given me permanent damage too. It helps that no matter what level of spinal injury we've unfortunately got, the important thing is we're still the same person inside. You make that clear through your video's & I admire that in you, keep up the great work 💖.
Hey thx for the explication and I know how hard this is for you going through y’all that you have been through I hope you keep doing what your doing and living life to the fullest

Hello Zach, I’ve been watching your videos , for some time now, as a 21 year old college born with mild cerebral palsy, I do understand how hard it can be to live with a physical disability. But you are doing great! Stay strong .
Thank you for always being such a inspiration to me. You have made me to want to live life not just merely existing. I don’t want this to be about me, but I would like to share s little bit about me. I have two dogs a Great Dane/Black Lab and a Husky/Pyrenees. I have systemic lupus and had a accident 12/4/16. I’m in no way paralyzed, but have had all these it patient procedures, the last one last Tuesday 8/21. I’m not able to have my discs fixed properly because of my Lupus. I’m going to start living my best life now. I am married and have the best husband. I’m 56 years old and have been married for 33 years. I have made him watch utube videos, yours included. You are my blessing and the fact that you have allowed us to peak into your world and to get to go on your journey is amazing. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m also watching your brother and hope to see your awesome girlfriend. I promise I ave never shared so much of my life, but it seemed important to me. Please tell your Mom I also think she’s awesome and her Love for her kids is wonderful. Looking forward to your next posting and Sedona has fans from my home in North Georgia. ♥️♥️♥️
I'm Shannon and I'm 41. I was born with an L4-L5 spinal defect. I had to wear leg braces when I was younger and I self-cath. I love your videos and your attitude!!!
I want to say how amazing I think you are. My son is disabled ♿ and I am always very interested in finding peoples stories who go through similar. Thank you for explaining all of this properly I was under the impression quadriplegic meant no movement below the neck. My son has totally different disabilities tho he has brain damage, and is blind non verbal. But he has mobility. I can't imagine how it must be like to not be angle to move. I've subscribed thanks for sharing x
Thank you for this clear explanation, you teach us a lot, I hope that, all things considered, you can do things that you like, you can see that Sedona and those around you love you. Keep up! you are a wise soul 💚💛💙🌸!
O M G I'm from Brazil and I found your channel by chance. I'm starting to study English, so I understood a little. I was born with cerebral palsy in the most serious degree technically, but thank God it only hit the motor part. So only my motor part was compromised. Today I use crutches to walk, but two years ago I had an extremely complex surgery and only in bed did I stay for two months, not counting the wheelchair time and physical therapy that I saw starting. Anyway ... I really loved your channel, without words.
You are doing good job staying possitve, we all have our good days and bad days, it's like learning a lesson in school like math you learning how to do it, no matter how hard you try or how many mistakes you do you keep at it until you get it.
