Roman i have felt defeated for about 10 years. Lost my dad 9 years ago to stomach cancer. The year he died he didn't feel good but still went to work everyday. But when he got home everyday he would be exhausted. He would barley be able to drive from work to home. One day he coughed up a little blood. Diagnosis to death was 3 months. It took him quick. That was my best friend. Also lost my mom that year. All my grandparents are gone. I have been a terrible parent a terrible partner. And a drug addict for most of my adulthood. I have finally started to try and take my life back 2 years ago i quit pain pills. That was the hardest thing i have ever done. I thought i was dying. Finally after about 15 years of drug abuse 10 years of depression I'm trying to cone back to normal life. Your videos are helping me do that. I thank you brother. Its hard to feel good when yoh have no immediate family to talk to.

Roman, I would be careful with regular simple green on planes. It is banned from commercial planes due to the corrosive properties on aluminum. They make a special one for planes.
If he rinses real well, probably won't do a lot of damage to a painted surface. Definitely don't use in a pressure washer though, I've seen aircraft rot from the inside out after getting sprayed with simple green in a pressure washer.

I absolutely love zero sugar sodas and energy drinks now and they literally satisfy my cravings without making me feel guilty. You should give them a shot, I feel like they get a bad rep for no reason.

Those are mealy bugs on your trees, you need to spray them immediately or else they will infest your entire yard or you need to buy predatory aphids or mealy bug destroyers, they eat the entire colony while leaving the beneficiary insects alone.

Roman, use Super Clean on the tough spots on the heli !! It’s a purple bottle and that stuff removes bugs and tar and everything else that you can think of, I use it on my cars !!! Just follow the directions on the bottle for use, you can thank me later !!!
MODERATION!!! Roman, I truly believe that moderation is the key to your success in diet. Taking all sweets or fried foods or "junk" out of your diet either A.) Sets you up for failure OR B.) Makes you miserable because if you do 'cheat', you beat yourself up about it and then that ruins your motivation and positivity. So let yourself have a cheat meal or snack occasionally. Moderation IS "THE KEY".
Another soap option we use for our airplane is miracle wash and wax combination with a splash of dawn dish soap. We use foam guns and pressure washers. Works fantastic on the exhaust grime and oil that builds on the belly of a 172. Also great for removing the bugs!

Those are Mealy Bugs on your bush and they secrete honeydew which is sweet and that attracts bees,ants and other insects that eat it. The honeydew will also create a black moldy look on the leaves after while but the mealy bugs suck the sap from the bush and will slowly kill the plant and cause flower buds to fall off before blooming.
Dilute the simple green with water in 2 gallon pump up sprayer and add 1cup of laundry detergent. That’s what I use to wash my atvs and it removes dirt stains really well. Sometimes without even scrubbing. Just spray on and rinse off.
An Idea is You Should Fly The Helicopter to Your Car Wash and wash it in the parking lot as a joke to see how people react. You could also fly it to the laundromat and take fans up on it or just land it in the parking lot for fun. Not sure how illegal these ideas are but figured they might be just fun and exciting ways for you to continue to meet and thank your fans.

Great video! My kryptonite is soft serve ice cream, how can something so good be so bad? Simple Green is awesome, i use it on my camper when i wash it. You should look into a portable power washer (the smaller 2000psi ones) with a foam cannon, let the washer do the mixing for you and you can use whatever soap you want in it without having to remember the ratio to mix.

Buy you a battery powered trimmer and trim those trees between your building and your house. I would imagine there’s gotta be some cleaner or something you could use on them to help get rid of that sap and the mites. But the trees definitely need trimmed. 🤷🏻♂️

Real talk-- I think if you're going to continue to be this hard on yourself you might actually push people away. I personally don't want to think you're performing for us constantly. That you're trying so hard to be motivational that it's hurting you. I won't watch it if that's the case, honestly.
Your life, just your day to day existence -- is a blessing to this world. And trying to make it be impressive and or motivational, like, I don't want to be preached at. Your life is a success story because you're here, period. I don't want or need to see you moving up and up and up so fast that you burn out. Or feel like "I didn't say "you can do it enough" in these videos" so you beat yourself up. I don't want that.
Your existence is inspiring. The way you talk to your kids and to your friends and to your wife, about your wife -- that's inspiring. Some people don't see just relaxing, normal stuff in their lives. So many people live with such anxiety and dysfunction, your boring normal life IS a break. It brings peace. It moves us.

having a cheat meal/snack every other other day, is one of the best things you can do for yourself. its something too look forward too and something that will increase your discipline. You should have no shame in your decision. implementing something like that chocolate into your diet, so that your not beating yourself up. Is the best thing.

I think they meant to say mean green instead on simple green. Mean green is a degreaser. I use it to wash large heavy equipment. Works great for geting oil and grease off. You can also get it at lowes

Simple Green is awesome, i use it on my camper when i wash it. You should look into a portable power washer (the smaller 2000psi ones) with a foam cannon, let the washer do the mixing for you and you can use whatever soap you want in it without having to remember the ratio to mix.

The minute you cut EVERYTHING out, is the minute you fail. Possibly even worse than you were before. Moderation is the key. Once you get it down that the healthy journey is great, you can have some of the bad but have self control.
Buy you a battery powered trimmer and trim those trees between your building and your house. I would imagine there’s gotta be some cleaner or something you could use on them to help get rid of that sap and the mites. But the trees definitely need trimmed. 🤷🏻♂️
