Btw an important thing to mention in the video was the new special move's gingka and his gang did not use in the movie which they learned in metal masters, for example tsubasa doesn't use shining tornado buster which he learns later on in metal masters. Just like kyoya who only uses his second best move in the movie "king loin furious blast shot" and doesn't use reverse wind strike (his best attack) which he learns in metal masters. Gingka as well only knows star booster attack which was his best attack in the movie and has not mastered his bey yet as he does NOT use Stardust Drive against Helios, which yet again he learns later on in the metal master. Basically we can say that if this was canon all this would take before the world championships, right after Gingka beats masamune and learns star booster attack. Also another thing to note is the location. As the movie was taking place in japan, gingka hasn't left for the world championships also kyoya and benkei have not left for the African team either. Basically all the Helios and sun god shit must have happened before the try outs for the japan team for world championships. More importantly... 5:03 ZAMN!!! 😍
Here’s a theory: the movie takes place right before the world championships began and after Gingka somewhat mastered Galaxy Pegasus. For one, we can assume that Masamune trained for at least the span of a few months in order to be able to defeat Gingka during the starting period of metal masters. The world championship wasn’t even mentioned until around episode 3 or 4 by Gingkas dad, so we can say that the movie likely takes place in between the time Masamune arrived to challenge Gingka and the qualifiers for the world championship.
If that's the case Gingka should be a lot and I mean a lot stronger since he used Galaxy nova but tbf that special move is a bit over kill to use in the world championships.
My guess is that it takes place between seasons 2 and 3. Ginga was shown during fusion to use his bey even when it wasn’t fully repaired. So he easily could have taken it during that time period to use. As for Madocka’s comment she could have meant that since Haiti’s city it’s been harder to repair. It allows the movie to happen and any damage Pegasus had would be added to the damage from the end of the season
No that wouldn’t make any sense since they need to be in Japan for the movie. I did some searching and I found the film fits best after the 5th episode of Masters before the 6th one so in between those two episodes it takes place.

How I would re introduce him into my story is, redo the world tournament, and have him be part of the russian team (I had that planned out before I even knew of the image with him in shogun steel, so this works out way better than I thought) and have him be the main blader for the team. also idk if you have a discord server or anything but id love to talk about it more cuz ive been writing ideas for a series for the past 12 years trying to find something that works. According to manga, during ryuga's training with lightning l drago, at the final phase Helios appeared asking for Galaxy Pegasus and gingka as gingka already had taken Galaxy Pegasus from the stone. I think, the movie events occurred somewhere between Masamune's arrival and team Gan Gan Galaxy world tour as the team Japan (most probably after the formation of team Gan Gan Galaxy and before the starting of world championship) as the series is only 51 episodes long, so every single details cannot be covered within that, some are left for the movie and special release **** this is my own theory btw
This is a good theory but I don’t think that it takes place before the world championship. The reason is because during Gingkas fight with Damian, Gingka used its special move storm bringer for the first time with galaxy pegasus to counter Hades drive. Gingka with full mastery of galaxy pegasus along with obtained knowledge from Hades drive used storm bringer again versus Sol blaze to counter the flames. I believe the movie takes place in between the end of metal masters and the beginning of metal fury. The problem with this is that in the beginning of metal fury, a small piece of dialogue from Madoka derails my claim. I think the producer’s didn’t really acknowledge the movie when making metal fury since it was only exclusive in asian countries, so they added Madokas dialogue to avoid confusion from the general audience who didn’t see the movie. In the end, Helios is canon no matter what people say as there is conclusive evidence to prove that he does exist.

wouldnt fit the timeline because right after the battle in hades city masamune returned to the usa with toby and zeo, also ginga would have used his star dust driver to win against sol blaze and he didnt which had me thinking maybe it fits between episodes 54-57
If the movie could take place somewhere in Metal Masters, it would be precisely: - *after Gingka controled Galaxy Pegasus and used his new Special Move for the first time* - *before the Beyblade World Championship* (maybe even before Gingka & Masamune VS Chiyun & Mei-Mei) Because Masamune Kadoya is the only exclusive character from Metal Masters in the movie. This is the best explanation I can think of in order to fit the movie in the main timeline.

Theory: It happened some days after Metal fury started and after Pegasus was repaired. Gingka was chosen by the universe to be a legendary blader also because he saved the world in the movie.

The movie came out before Metal Masters concluded. So it most likely takes place after the A-block finale. Plus Julian is in the DS game but Argo & Damian are not. So after A-Block finale & before the Garcia arc is the most likely scenario.
Yeah, this seems the best explanation. It makes sense to Take a break from a block final to the next stage of the competition. This could also explain the summer time skip during The movie itself.

The movie should have taken place right after the end of _Metal Masters_ AND before the beginning of _Metal Fury_ since Helios made a cameo in _Shogun Steel_ in one way or another.
Impossible because Pegasus was broken. The only moment it could have happened would be between ep 54 and 55. Gingka and Masamune were friends (they became friends after their battle against Chi Yun and Mei Mei) and Kyoya was still in Japan (he leaves after winning against Tsubasa). It cannot be during the Wild Fang arc because, even if Kyoya is in Japan and Gingka and Masamune are friends, the Wild Fang arc is 2 days long from ep 70 to 74 (too short for holidays at the beach like in the movie).
4:58 you are forgetting the time skips that happened during metal masters. notice that each tournament did not start back-to-back seen in Beyblade metal masters. there were a few episodes that prove this statement in metal masters
I believe the sol blaze movie could be cannon in either one of 2 ways we know it takes place sometime after metal fusion but before metal fury and I think it could be held either before the world tournament started up so maybe the first few days ryo was the director or after the charge on hades city and Pegasus just got repaired and it got damaged at the end of the movie and madoka had to repair as soon as Helios and gingka got back

Ren kurenai from shogun steel shares a last name with Shu kurenai from beyblade burst ( I don't know if you've watched it ) I wonder if they have or will make beyblade characters from different generations descendants of each other. At first I thought zyro and daigo shared a last name but it's actually spelled differently.
Okay no, those are just mere coincidences. They're completely different universes therefore it wouldn't work at all. There would have to be MFB references in Burst or something that actually aligns with the timeline rather than just the simple last names nod.

Hello I’ve watching your videos a lot and I have been a beyblade fan for a really long time but could you please make a video on how did gingka evolve his bey from big bang Pegasus to samurai Pegasus like did his Pegasus somehow evolve ?
This is impossible. You clearly havent rewatched metal fury in a while because if you did youd know from e1 of metal fury itself, Madoka has basically Galaxy Pegasus confiscated, to repair it from the beating it took in Spiral Force. Gingka clearly hasnt been allowed to battle since as its evident by how itching he is to get back into battle as he pesters Madoka. Not even that but the very fact that Galaxy Pegasus needed such intensive repairs that left Madoka exhausted and her not allowing Gingka to use it shows that it was in no shape of fighting, much less competing in a tournament, neither of which Madoka wouldve even allowed. Once GP is repaired and Gingka has his first battle after Spiral Force, Kyoya arrives and GP becomes Cosmic Pegadus. Not only that but the movie had MAJOR events that arent even IMPLIED much less mentioned by ANY of the characters in Fury. So not only does it not fit in chronologically but the anime doesnt even acknowledge its existence. The movie isnt canon period
There is one way you can fit it in and it’s a stretch, it is before everyone heads to China but after the selection tournament. Before they leave they decide to do that two stadium tournament and that’s when everything in the movie happens. It would be right before Kyoya leaves and that’s why he’s not with the main group but still shows up to save the day. But this is a far stretch, one the dark power never shows up in tsubasa and it feels like it would be too much to just not reference. Now imagine they got him on the team, imagine if they had Ryuga, Gingka, Kyoya, and Helios as the sun on the team. Their sub member could solo the entire tournament. Also masters Kyoya over Helios in a battle I will debate that.
Instead of Ryuga dying he actually got knocked out unconscious and came to after Gingka defeated Nemisis. He retired, and he returned to the Dragon Clan and gave L-Drago to Sakyo

The only other way I see it fitting is it happened after madoka repaired pegasus one time but it got damaged so much again that lasting damage from hades city came back so it took her a long ass time to do the repairs and the majority of the damage was recurring from there All in all I'd say the movie IS cannon but inconsistent writing leaves no way for it to take place

Ryuga lost to Rago because Nemesis already obtained 10 star fragment and L-Drago only 1 and half (yes, half because he absorb some from Phantom Orion). That's the big differencess. If we talk about Proto Nemesis, as we can see Ryuga fall to Doji's provocation so Zeus Barrier isn't complete. About ultimate move, Ryuga use it at his final atack but somehow Nemesis can defend. And if Nemesis hadn't got any star fragment, Proto Nemesis wouldn't exist since that bey came out when Orion, Chronos, and Jupiter's star fragment react. And Rago never appear as Nemesis's blader.

Helios is cannon, but not the movie. Reading the manga, you can confirm that the movie takes time on THAT universe, as ryuga got lightning l'drago evolved to meteo by fighting sol blaze
It doesn't fit anywhere that is why it is a side story. It doesn't affect the original timeline it is just like a filler. In the master series, Gingka has the Galaxy Pegasus and after he receives it he can't even completely control it at first then the whole tournament and Hades fight starts and in the first episode of the Metal Fury Madolka says that it has worn out so much because of the fight with hades. So there you have it, it doesn't fit anywhere. You can imaging to fit it wherever you please but there is no suitable place as far as I understand and remeber, as I am watching Metal Fury right now. Also does it really matter where it fits. You know that someone tried to destroy the world and Gingka saved it. Also if you have seen Tokyo Ghoul the anime not the manga then you shouldn't feel disturbed by any of the other anime as I watched the anime and never read the manga so I know frustrating it can be for some people as a huge character building portion is absent and in every arc we see the protaganist as a new person with new personality, new powers and everything. So imagine somethings for yourself and don't frustrate yourself over where it should fit. I am not discouraging you to avoid such videos as this. As people like to discuss and I also like to discuss as you have seen if you have read this long a** comment. You should not frustrate yourself over Why, When, or Where it should be. I'll say this: the Anime doesn't need to acknowledge the movie, especially the English dub since the movie never came in English, so you could still say that Pegasus was worn out after the fight in Hades, but you can still place the movie after the Championships and say it's the asteroid that actually damaged Pegasus for Madoka to having to fix it again. Heck, you could even say that even in his battle with Helios Gingka actually wasn't at the top of his strength.

Unless Zeus's barrier is created, Nemesis would still end up the same. Even if Helios takes Ryuga's place as the Summer season legendary blader, Ryuga would probably try to absorb Nemesis's power, but he would be even weaker this time. However... Ryuga COULD absorb the power from a legendary blader and that could result in L-Drago Destructor, which would be a pretty metal thing.

Wrong it’s not between metal masters and metal fury because if you remembered in the start of metal fury pegasus was damage badly due to the energy he hold it to the space so it’s impossible that the movie starts between metal master and metal fury so I think the time line of the movie in the beginning of metal master after gingka got his new blade and master it
Canon aka part of the main continuity, main story. Canon material can also refer to the original manga/book when it comes to animes. Non-canon content is considered filler, as it was not included in the original and most of the time are self-contained stories. For example there are the Dragon Ball Z Broly movies. They could have happened during the main story but they were not created to fit inside the events of the series, just tell a fun-side story.
Shogun steel is canon because why would they mention the events of metal fusion to fury just for it to be non canon and plus the older characters come back and mention the nemesis crisis like Tsubasa, madoka, ginka,Benkei, and doji. We see other characters like masamune, Toby, Zeo, Kenta,ryo, Hikaru,Kyoya, and his brother makes cameo and even Ryuga gets mentioned a few times

- *after Gingka controled Galaxy Pegasus and used his new Special Move for the first time*
- *before the Beyblade World Championship* (maybe even before Gingka & Masamune VS Chiyun & Mei-Mei)
Because Masamune Kadoya is the only exclusive character from Metal Masters in the movie. This is the best explanation I can think of in order to fit the movie in the main timeline.
I think it took place after the world championships, because Gingka used storm bringer to defeat eagle, which is a special move he once used in metal masters to blow away the flames from hades kerbecs

The movie came out before Metal Masters concluded. So it most likely takes place after the A-block finale. Plus Julian is in the DS game but Argo & Damian are not. So after A-Block finale & before the Garcia arc is the most likely scenario.
Yeah, this seems the best explanation. It makes sense to Take a break from a block final to the next stage of the competition. This could also explain the summer time skip during The movie itself.

I believe the sol blaze movie could be cannon in either one of 2 ways we know it takes place sometime after metal fusion but before metal fury and I think it could be held either before the world tournament started up so maybe the first few days ryo was the director or after the charge on hades city and Pegasus just got repaired and it got damaged at the end of the movie and madoka had to repair as soon as Helios and gingka got back

Ren kurenai from shogun steel shares a last name with Shu kurenai from beyblade burst ( I don't know if you've watched it ) I wonder if they have or will make beyblade characters from different generations descendants of each other. At first I thought zyro and daigo shared a last name but it's actually spelled differently.
Okay no, those are just mere coincidences. They're completely different universes therefore it wouldn't work at all. There would have to be MFB references in Burst or something that actually aligns with the timeline rather than just the simple last names nod.

This is impossible. You clearly havent rewatched metal fury in a while because if you did youd know from e1 of metal fury itself, Madoka has basically Galaxy Pegasus confiscated, to repair it from the beating it took in Spiral Force. Gingka clearly hasnt been allowed to battle since as its evident by how itching he is to get back into battle as he pesters Madoka. Not even that but the very fact that Galaxy Pegasus needed such intensive repairs that left Madoka exhausted and her not allowing Gingka to use it shows that it was in no shape of fighting, much less competing in a tournament, neither of which Madoka wouldve even allowed. Once GP is repaired and Gingka has his first battle after Spiral Force, Kyoya arrives and GP becomes Cosmic Pegadus. Not only that but the movie had MAJOR events that arent even IMPLIED much less mentioned by ANY of the characters in Fury. So not only does it not fit in chronologically but the anime doesnt even acknowledge its existence. The movie isnt canon period

There is one way you can fit it in and it’s a stretch, it is before everyone heads to China but after the selection tournament. Before they leave they decide to do that two stadium tournament and that’s when everything in the movie happens. It would be right before Kyoya leaves and that’s why he’s not with the main group but still shows up to save the day. But this is a far stretch, one the dark power never shows up in tsubasa and it feels like it would be too much to just not reference. Now imagine they got him on the team, imagine if they had Ryuga, Gingka, Kyoya, and Helios as the sun on the team. Their sub member could solo the entire tournament. Also masters Kyoya over Helios in a battle I will debate that.
Instead of Ryuga dying he actually got knocked out unconscious and came to after Gingka defeated Nemisis. He retired, and he returned to the Dragon Clan and gave L-Drago to Sakyo
This wasn't L-Drago that was given to Sakyo. This was just a left spinning dragon bey, because he was used to left spin.

The only other way I see it fitting is it happened after madoka repaired pegasus one time but it got damaged so much again that lasting damage from hades city came back so it took her a long ass time to do the repairs and the majority of the damage was recurring from there

Ryuga lost to Rago because Nemesis already obtained 10 star fragment and L-Drago only 1 and half (yes, half because he absorb some from Phantom Orion). That's the big differencess.
If we talk about Proto Nemesis, as we can see Ryuga fall to Doji's provocation so Zeus Barrier isn't complete.
About ultimate move, Ryuga use it at his final atack but somehow Nemesis can defend. And if Nemesis hadn't got any star fragment, Proto Nemesis wouldn't exist since that bey came out when Orion, Chronos, and Jupiter's star fragment react. And Rago never appear as Nemesis's blader.

It doesn't fit anywhere that is why it is a side story. It doesn't affect the original timeline it is just like a filler. In the master series, Gingka has the Galaxy Pegasus and after he receives it he can't even completely control it at first then the whole tournament and Hades fight starts and in the first episode of the Metal Fury Madolka says that it has worn out so much because of the fight with hades. So there you have it, it doesn't fit anywhere. You can imaging to fit it wherever you please but there is no suitable place as far as I understand and remeber, as I am watching Metal Fury right now.
Also does it really matter where it fits. You know that someone tried to destroy the world and Gingka saved it. Also if you have seen Tokyo Ghoul the anime not the manga then you shouldn't feel disturbed by any of the other anime as I watched the anime and never read the manga so I know frustrating it can be for some people as a huge character building portion is absent and in every arc we see the protaganist as a new person with new personality, new powers and everything. So imagine somethings for yourself and don't frustrate yourself over where it should fit.
I am not discouraging you to avoid such videos as this. As people like to discuss and I also like to discuss as you have seen if you have read this long a** comment. You should not frustrate yourself over Why, When, or Where it should be. Just enjoy and guide others on orders and you favorite they should watch and spicy stuff etc.

I'll say this: the Anime doesn't need to acknowledge the movie, especially the English dub since the movie never came in English, so you could still say that Pegasus was worn out after the fight in Hades, but you can still place the movie after the Championships and say it's the asteroid that actually damaged Pegasus for Madoka to having to fix it again. Heck, you could even say that even in his battle with Helios Gingka actually wasn't at the top of his strength.
Idk if you've done this, but what if kyoya joined team japan, though i believe it wouldn't be hard to imagine.

Unless Zeus's barrier is created, Nemesis would still end up the same. Even if Helios takes Ryuga's place as the Summer season legendary blader, Ryuga would probably try to absorb Nemesis's power, but he would be even weaker this time. However... Ryuga COULD absorb the power from a legendary blader and that could result in L-Drago Destructor, which would be a pretty metal thing.

What is Cannon?
Canon aka part of the main continuity, main story. Canon material can also refer to the original manga/book when it comes to animes.
Non-canon content is considered filler, as it was not included in the original and most of the time are self-contained stories.
For example there are the Dragon Ball Z Broly movies. They could have happened during the main story but they were not created to fit inside the events of the series, just tell a fun-side story.

Shogun steel is canon because why would they mention the events of metal fusion to fury just for it to be non canon and plus the older characters come back and mention the nemesis crisis like Tsubasa, madoka, ginka,Benkei, and doji. We see other characters like masamune, Toby, Zeo, Kenta,ryo, Hikaru,Kyoya, and his brother makes cameo and even Ryuga gets mentioned a few times
The movie is based off a story from the manga, therefore its not canon to the anime. End of story.
