Salt 1tsp Method 1. Add seasoning to the banana and mix well till sugar is dissolved 2. Add plain flour and rice rice and mix well 3. Add baking powder and baking soda and mix well 4. Cover and rest for minimum 10min 5. Heat wok with more oil. Scoop a spoon of banana and drop in the oil and fry at medium heat until darker brown. 6. Turn to high heat for the last few seconds, then off heat. 7. Serve and enjoy! 💕
