These guys really impress me. I’d love to be able to rebuild every heavy truck component with a mini sledge, a valve punch, and a pair of needle nose. My knees are killing me by the end of each video tho 😂

    Everything looks normal
The apprentice works on the floor and holds the pump with his foot, while the master works on the bench with a vise to hold de parts. And three auditors to verify the work, health and safety, quality and production supervisor.

Their motto is to destroy everything by hammering it,applying loose spanners etc, avoiding torque wrenches. If they don't do this costumer will not come to their workshop sooner. This is the reason they do these things.

Or they don’t have the knowledge to rebuild the part a simple bearing replacement could mean trashing the hole unit for a ten dollar part !

Just hammer the hack out of everything. I always wonder how long these repairs really last. If you dont have quality mindset then you will never catch up with modern manufacturing, or create anything on your own. One guy is working and three guys are watching him work.

Why not do the entire rebuild up on a bench to save your back?
PPE??... Who’s that they ask! Ha
Looks similar to roadworkers in most countries.. 1 man does all the work whilst 3 or more stand and watch.

ill never understand why they dont do ALL of the work standing, on a bench with a vice. why do they put it in the dirt, & have a guy try to hold it still, while the other guy tightens the bolts? you couldve done all that in the vice

Just paint it and send it back. Save yourself some grief because you know it will be back again after you fix it

What's with working on the floor, there's a beach right behind him....
