Biggest con is the lack of EF/PL mount option.

I own both in RF and a negative you missed is their size. Being that they’re for mirrorless bodies, these puppies stick out waaay out there. If you’ll add motors, you’ll need to lock them to your rods.

Actually altough they have the same mount, those lenses are NOT made for mirrorless but for “Video focused” cameras like fx9 and stuff like that.

I have 18-55 on a FX30. Only con is they are long lenses. I picked up used mint condition for $1850 USD from Adorama in 2020. If I find a good used, I may swing for the 2nd matching lens.

I’m looking at buying these for my fx30… I currently have the 16-55 Sony g master.. I love these but I’m wanting cine glass.. do you think these be worth it over my current lens?

nice lens and awesome video work Matt! when using third-party manual lenses you have to set focal length in camera to let the ibis work correctly, does that lens work automatically on the xh2s so you dont have to set focal length every time you zoom that lens? cuz i see communication parts on that manual lens
