Ingredients:
➡️Purple Sweet Potato Layer Part 紫薯层部分
200g mashed purple sweet potato 紫薯泥
100g sugar 糖
60g rice flour 粘米粉
100g tapioca starch 木薯淀粉
70ml water 清水
200ml coconut milk 椰浆
➡️White Layer Part 白色层部分
250ml water 清水
110g sugar 糖
80g rice flour 粘米粉
90g tapioca starch 木薯淀粉
200ml coconut milk 椰浆
Pour into 8 inches square cake mould.
Steam each layer for 5 minutes.
Leave the Kuih Lapis to cool completely (for about 2 hours) at room temperature.
Cut it with a zigzag knife into diamond shapes.
