Ehh sorry for my impolite, I don't think that tier than Secretary can compare with some Invoker tier chars, because they are really 'out of question' and if I can use a driver with inter vt/ amd-v to make ept hooks, then there will too difficult to make chars can beat this because this is modern 'cheats' technology but not only in mugen, this is based on their tiers, they are not in a same tier and out of original rules, I will never talk about tier higher than Secretary and just theat these chars as a hobby making... If we want compare them with other chars, we should only compare them with other chars who have higher tier than Invoker.

I think methods of scaling chars technology/power are complicated problem, as I think, Secretary/omed have a biggest difference to invoker/ultranull: they need we running their code manually. This keep their have high code execution priority, I think this is not a good method especially in cheap character competition.(just my idea, and you can have different idea too)

Also, is 11:24 through 15:02 an ENTIRE character?! Geez, as an outside person looking into this, all I can really say is: Damn.
Mathrus was just a creepypasta with one image as proof of its existence, the community was pretty much trolled for decades and it became a legend. There's really no malwares at all as you can see i used Kaspersky as my antivirus. And yeah that exe is a character.

And I should’ve mentioned that he more or less was just rumored to have existed. (Glad to know that he doesn’t.) Also, his original “sprite” comes from an enemy on World of Warcraft called a “Felhunter.” Weird to think a niche game like this has such a cheap character war. Add to the fact they have random or just nonsensical naming.
